(PART 2)
My water broke.
What. The. Fuck.
"Babe..." I slowly look over at Sev.
His stares at me as his eyes widen.
"Fuck." He grabs the hose from outside and puts hot water on the stove.
I stand in pain.
Contractions.
It seemed like I had more often.
I was more nervous about me pushing too early.
Does he know when i'm dilated far enough??
Was he gonna pass out???
We don't have a trained nurse here to walk us through it.
Would it be too late to find one??
"Seven hurry up." I say angerly.
I wasn't angry.
But contractions isn't for the weak.
I wanted to punch him so bad for this.
"I know mama im trying, the water is cold so im trying to get warm water in here too ma" He rushes to the kitchen to get the hot pot of water and pours it in the pool with the cold water.
"Take your clothes off." He rushes over to me and helps me take them off.
Never in my life have I seen him move this quick.
I could tell he was nervous.
I don't blame him because I was too.
"Seven help me over there pleas-" Another contraction hits mid speech.
I couldn't help but yell in pain.
I've never felt a pain like this before.
He quickly helps me over to the pool and sits me in the tub of warm water.
"There the water should help ease the pain ma" He kisses my head as he puts another pot of warm water on.
The water felt so good on my stomach.
And suddenly I just felt a sense of relaxation come over me.
It was so lovely.
I could still feel the pain but it was minute.
I sat in the water and waited.
He came back with another pot of hot water and poured it at the bottom where my feet didn't reach.
"Okay mama do me a favor and open your legs so I can see" He says as he tries not to smirk.
I couldn't help but laugh.
"Last time I opened my legs for you that's how I got pregnant" I open my legs and rest them on the side of the pool while laughing.
He laughs with me.
"Well I ain doin nun to you this time so that's the only difference" He laughs.
He checks to see how far I've dilated and pulls out his phone.
"Mami lemme make a phone call real quick" He gets up and walks into the other room.
I just lay there and wait.
I was hungry.
And kinda pissed I hadn't eaten today.
He came back and looked at me.
