𝔸𝕊 Annabelle walked around, she heard a scream belonging to Sammy. "Sammy! What is it?" she exclaimed, breaking into a run and descending the stairs. Sammy's voice crackled through the comms, distorted by static. "There's bodies! Bodies in the pool!"

With that, Annabelle sprinted toward the pool area, her heart pounding. Before she could get there, another scream pierced the air, this time belonging to Peter. "Peter!" Annabelle shouted, worry lacing her voice. His voice came through the comms, exasperated, "I got a splinter... on my finger. A huge one from the stupid stick."

Annabelle sighed, frustration mingling with her concern. "A little more concerned with the bodies in the pool, Peter."

Frank's voice cut in, "How many bodies we talking? Like, two, three?"

Annabelle snapped back, "Does it fucking matter how many? Sammy is in trouble!" Just as she finished speaking, another scream from Sammy echoed through the building. Annabelle dashed off in the direction of the sound, panic rising. Meanwhile, Peter was still fumbling with his splinter, oblivious to Gabriel emerging from the dark hallway. Gabriel cleared his throat, catching Peter's attention. Slowly, Peter turned his head, eyes widening as he saw Gabriel smiling at him. Peter let out a terrified scream.

"Peter, stop fucking around," Annabelle replied, annoyed.

Peter's voice, now frantic, screamed through the comms as he ran, "Vampire on my ass! Vampire!" Gabriel was playing with him, enjoying the chase. This caught Annabelle's attention, diverting her path to follow Peter's screams.

Peter slammed a door shut behind him, locking it. "Take that," he muttered triumphantly. He spoke into the comms, "Alright. I got him trapped in the upstairs hallway, so—"

His sentence was cut short as Gabriel effortlessly broke through the door. He dusted off the broken pieces and faced Peter with a grin. "Boo," he said, his voice dripping with amusement. Peter freaked out, grabbing a coat hanger and throwing it on the floor in a desperate attempt to block Gabriel's path. "Holy fuck! Vam... Vampire!" he screamed, bolting down the hallway. Gabriel rolled his eyes and started to follow him at a leisurely pace, enjoying the hunt.

Peter bolted down a set of stairs, glancing over his shoulder to see Gabriel looking down at him with a predatory smile. "Oh, shit," Peter muttered, speeding up. Reaching the bottom, he was stunned to see Gabriel already there, waving mockingly. Panicked, Peter darted through a door onto a balcony. Gabriel's dangerous screech echoed behind him, spurring him on. As Peter ran, Frank opened a door unexpectedly, knocking Peter off balance and sending him tumbling off the balcony to the floor below. Frank looked down at Peter, then up at Gabriel, who stood on the stairs, eyes burning with anger and hatred. Spotting Annabelle below the stairs, Frank signaled to her that Gabriel was there. Gabriel, still glaring at Frank, hopped onto the stair railing and began walking toward him.
