Chapter 9: Only love can hurt like this

6 years later

A lot has happened. I am now HYDRA's most prized experiment after the Winter Soldier. Speaking of the Winter Soldier I am now his and the Midnight Soldier aka Olivia Ross' partner. I have gone on missions with many other assassins like the Red Soldier aka Anna Pierce as well as, Elizabeth Rumlow aka he Autumn Assassin. I also encountered the Maximoffs and they are my best friends. Each have powers: Wanda has telekinesis, telepathy and a bunch of other stuff, but basically has red glowing powers, Lillian is like Wanda, Hazel is also like Wanda, but her powers are blue, Pietro is basically super fast and Violet  is like Pietro. Lena and I have also grown close. Also I am currently dating , Max Belova who was my target, but I fell in love with him instead. I am going on a date with him in a few minutes. I smile at my squad which is everyone I mentioned minus Annie and Lizzy, because they don't know how to have fun. Lillian, Hazel and Wanda had done my makeup and and Olivia, Lena and Violet did my hair and I go to my bathroom in my room(yes I am that good that I got my own room) to change into the dress and shoes that Bucky and Pietro got me. I step out to see the girls smiling, Bucky smirking approvingly and Pietro staring. "How do I look?" I ask nervous since I had only been dating Max for about a month. "You look beautiful, princesa." Pietro says and I roll my eyes when he calls me "Princesa". I smile at them "Wish me luck." I then sneak out of there and go to a special rooftop Max and I would always meet. He was smiling there, waiting for me. Our spot was decorated with roses and candles. "Did you set all of this up?" I ask suprised. "Of course, baby. Anything for you." I peck his cheek and then go to sit down on a picnic blanket. I currently had a knife behind my back as I knew sooner or later that I had to kill him. He brought some macaroons though I could smell that they were filled with a chemical that would sedate the person who ate them, so I didn't even touch them. "Something wrong?" he asks softly. "Oh, I just don't like macarons." I lie, knowing that it was a horrible lie considering that I loved them when he gave them to me the previous dates. He looks at me suspiciously and then pins me down, takes the knife from me and lets me go. "Babe...What the hell!?" he says putting the pieces together. Max then looks at the HYDRA symbol on the knife and his face goes cold. "I can explain!.." I try, but Max shakes his head. "You've explained enough. You lied to me saying that you weren't with HYDRA and hated their asses and now I find out that you've been trying to kill me! WE'RE DONE!!" he then leaves me alone in the rain and I sigh, heartbroken and go back to HYDRA thinking everyone was asleep though Pierce catches me and I get sedated. I wake up in a tank with salt water. That's when a machine starts and electricity runs and I try to hold the pain in, but it becomes unbearable and I scream. That's when I realized that I could actually breathe underwater, though no one seemed to realize as I passed out before anyone noticed.
