As nene's mum completes the missing mermaid form and mixes it with all the other missing mermaid forms and takes it down to the office. "Here you are dear, all the missing mermaid forms." As nene's dad looks through all the papers, he then sees a name that is somewhat familiar to him... "Nene Kusanagi? Our daughter is missing?" Nene's dad starts to break down into a panic as he soon realises that it's what happens when he realises what he did wrong. Back in the Jellyfish kingdom, Rui wakes up before nene, he leans over to see if she's still asleep, and to his surprise she still is asleep. "Aw, aren't you cute!!" He kisses her on the cheek then gets up and gets dressed. He then heads down stairs to the kitchen table. "Good morning mother and father!" As he approaches the table, he sees his guard wide awake again and his sister mizuki sitting at the table waiting for her brother to be seated so then they can all eat. "Aren't we missing someone at the table?" Mizuki giggles while nudging rui. "Haha mizuki, I don't believe we are missing anyone. May we start eating now though?" Rui gave mizuki a disgusted look and then looked back up at her mother. "Well, werent you sleeping with someone in the spare bed-" Rui froze and covered mizukis mouth before she could even finish that sentence. He then leant over to Mizuki, "why did you have to say that so loud in front of mum and dad? You know they will get up on me for that-" Their mother then let out a loud and obnoxious grunt. "Rui, can we please chat after breakfast..." Rui sighed. "Yes mother..." After they all have all ate breakfast, all that remains at the table was just Rui and his mother and father. "So what your sister said is true?" Rui sighs and nods his head. "Yes mother it is true, it was a girl I met online that was very nice to me and wanted to be my friend and needed to stay somewhere for a bit." Rui's mother look at him in disbelief. "Well what kingdom is she from?" Rui stops and thinks "Do I tell her the truth or not?" Rui sits there and thinks about his answer. "Well... you won't be mad if I say the mermaid kingdom right?" Ruis mother then spits out her drink. "I'm sorry did you say the mermaid kingdom?" Rui nods. "Darling, you know how dangerous people are from the mermaid kingdom." Rui looks up at her, "Well, this girl is different I swear... She might also be the princess of the mermaid kingdom but-" Rui was soon enough then cut off. "THE PRINCESS? As in the princess of the king that banished us to this cruel side of the oceans?" Rui looks at her and starts tearing up. "Yes mother, she is." Rui's mother and father see that Rui is starting to tear up. "No no dear, its okay, let me and your father meet her, she might just be different compared to her parents." Rui's mother and father followed rui up the stairs to the room nene was sleeping in. "She's in here, she's still sleeping though." Ruis parents go into the spare room whilst rui gets locked out of the room. "Mum, Dad, please don't do anything to her! She's been through alot, you can even check her arms' ' As Rui runs back to his room he looks at security cameras to see that his father was holding a knife behind his back. As rui realises what his father was bound to do as his mother woke nene up, rui runs back down the hallway and breaks into the spare room. "PUT THE KNIFE DOWN DAD." As ruis mother sees rui run in saying that, ruis father puts down the knife. "How could you do that to this sweet young girl? We were just about to start talking." As ruis mother pulls nene into her arms. "Please take yourself and exit this room. Do not try to do anything to the poor girl ever again." As ruis father leaves the room, rui would run towards nene. "Are you okay nene?" Nene would look up and fall into ruis arms. "It's happened to me often, especially with my own father as well." Nene would start sobbing in ruis arms."You poor thing, is that how the mermaid kingdom really is?" Ruis mum would look at her, and pats her on the back. "Well if you need to stay for longer just let Rui know and he can tell us. Your always welcome to stay dear. Would you like something to eat dear?" Nene would lift her head up from ruis chest. "I'm alright don't worry,I should be fine for now anyways." Rui smiles. "We'll make this bedroom feel like your own! I can even see if our guard could make some clothes for you to wear! She makes nice comfy clothes!" Nene smiles and then nods her head. "Alright Rui, I'll get that request to the guard, also me and your father are going to go out and do something, so I need you to look after mizuki whilst we are out. Maybe even introduce her to Nene!" Rui looks up from nene. "Of course I can, maybe mizuki and nene have some things in common that they could talk about." Ruis mum smiles and waves. "Just don't go adventuring too far." Rui nods his head and shoos his mum off. Mizuki not longer after enters the room after their mum leaves the room, Mizuki runs in and asks. "Can we go on a small adventure when they are gone pleaseee?" Rui looks at mizuki then back at nene. "Will you be okay staying by yourself nene?" Nene doesn't respond as she falls asleep in ruis arms.
