Plot: Y/N is a young man who comes from Brazil who then moved to America in central city wanting to see a bit of the world he was helping a teen with a machine that could produce weather phenomenon but one day as Y/N came wanting to see the machine activate suddenly the lights went out and then came an earth quake then Y/N was hit with dark matter and charged particles and his body slammed into the weather machine Y/N would then wake up in the hospital only to find himself restrained he was then met by Ren Yamashiro who told Y/N that his new found powers was the reason for why he is being restrained Y/N would then find out that he has the power to control the weather Y/N was then taken back to Japan because they were the only people who can keep a watch on Y/N in the case his powers go out of control but then the young man would find himself in front of a silver haired girl named Kyoka Uzen and was told that he would become the girl's slave well it seems Y/N's new life in the Mato Defense Corps is going to be one crazy ride
