-Luna's POV

I woke up to lights shining bright in my face. I looked around to an unfamiliar room.

Where am I?

I looked down to see I'm in a hospital gown, am I in a hospital? How did I get here?

I looked to my right to see Jack sound asleep in the chair.

What happened?

Jack slowly woke up and ran towards me.

"Oh my god you're awake!" He said and pressed the call button.

a few minutes later, nurses and the doctor came in and checked my vitals and other tests.

Jack was pacing back and forth.

We waited for the confirmation from the doctor.

"Well Mrs. Gilinsky, everything looks great but unfortunately, you had a miscarriage, from the look of it; due to stress." He said and typed something down on his tablet.

"How long do I have to stay here doctor?" I asked.

"Due to the amount of blood loss, I want you to stay for a few days so we can do some more tests and checkups." He said.

They cleared the room and it was just Jack and I.

"How are you feeling?" He asked me as he sat in the chair next to me.

"I'm fine. Just tired." I said and stared at him.

"I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you." He said and held my hand.

I pulled my hand away and pulled the blanket up to cover my chest.

"I'm sorry Luna." He said.

"You said that. But you don't mean it." I said and looked away.

"Luna..." he got close to me but I turned the other way.

"Just go home Jack." I told him.

"No I'm staying here, whether you like it or not." He said and sat down in the chair.

I rolled my eyes and noticed my phone was sitting on the table next to me. I reach over and grabbed it.

I unlocked it to see about 20+ message notifications.

"Did you tell the others about me?" I asked Jack.

"Yeah." He said not looking up from his phone.

This man is pissing me off.

I opened my messages to see the groupchat going off like crazy. I clicked on the groupchat and it was just mainly about me in the hospital.

There's no way he just typed that into the groupchat.

"You know.. you don't need to be an ass. At least I have people who care for me unlike you." I shut my phone and set it down.

"They're being annoying. Someone had to shut them up."

"If you're gonna act like this then fucking leave Jack. I don't fucking need you.. you're a cheating ass liar." I snapped at him.
