Jack and Luna finally got their happy ending, to be step siblings to being married and with kids.
Their daughter Esme Rose Gilinsky.
Luna got pregnant again but with twins this time.
Emma Jade Gilinsky and Ethan Reed Gilinsky
Emma being the oldest of her twin brother
She never thought to have 3 kids but has 3 kids who are a huge blessing.
They unfortunately lost touch with Sam, Derek and Madison but the others are still in touch and have a strong friendship with the Gilinskys.
Jack and Luna now have moved out of California and to Omaha, Nebraska. Starting fresh with a new family.
They are still going strong till this day.
