Ragini Pov's

She didn't expect them to be at the beach house at this hour of the day. It was quite a surprise, but she liked the place—it was cozy and calm. Sitting by the beach and gazing towards the ocean, she felt a strange sense of peace.

Karanveer sat next to her, the cool breeze ruffling his hair. His phone rang, breaking the tranquility. It was Arjun. "Yeah, we're at the beach house. We'll return home in some time," Karanveer informed him, his voice steady.

As the call ended, silence settled between them again. Ragini stared at the waves, lost in thought. She didn't know what to make of their relationship anymore. Maybe she never really knew from the start. Over the past few days, she had been too occupied with various things to dwell on it. But now, sitting quietly by the ocean, all those suppressed thoughts began to resurface.

Her phone rang, jolting her from her reverie. It was Swara, but she wasn't in the mood to talk. She let it ring and eventually go to voicemail. The unanswered call seemed to echo the uncertainty she felt within her.

Karanveer glanced at her. "You're not going to answer?"

Ragini shook her head. "Not now. I just... want to enjoy this moment."

He nodded, understanding. They sat in companionable silence, each lost in their thoughts. Ragini wondered how they had come to this point. Their relationship was a mix of obligations, misunderstandings, and unexpected moments of connection. She glanced at Karanveer, who was now looking out at the sea, his profile calm yet unreadable.

She sighed softly, turning her attention back to the horizon. The waves crashed gently against the shore, the sound soothing her restless mind.

Karanveer's POV

From Karanveer's point of view:

The last two weeks had been the longest and most intensive period they had spent together. The frustrations of work and his injury were ever-present, but he couldn't deny the unexpected comfort and warmth Ragini brought into his life.

Despite his guarded nature, he found himself sharing bits of his past with her, drawn out by her calm and steady presence. It was bewildering. He always wondered who she truly was behind the facade she often presented to the world. He had no idea about her past; he had had opportunities to learn, but he chose to wait, thinking she would share when she was ready.

Six months into their marriage, not much had changed on the surface. They were still figuring each other out, yet there was an undeniable shift. They had found some level of comfort with one another, a mutual care that was slowly blooming.

Karanveer often caught glimpses of Ragini's true personality—her strength, her vulnerability—but she quickly masked them again. He wondered if he was doing the same, hiding his true self behind a wall of sarcasm and stoicism.

As they sat together at the beach house, watching the waves, he felt a strange mix of peace and confusion. He looked at Ragini, her face serene as she stared out at the ocean. She was a puzzle, one he wasn't sure he could solve, but he was drawn to her nonetheless.
