Like family had suggested, Karanveer and Ragini finally decided to go on a trip—well, more like their long-pending honeymoon. Choosing a destination, however, had been a challenge. With so many options, they had gone back and forth, debating beaches versus mountains, adventure versus relaxation.

After much discussion (and Karanveer’s endless arguments that anywhere with Ragini was already paradise), they finally settled on Bali.

Their flight was scheduled for the evening, and amidst the last-minute packing chaos, Siya decided to drop by.

“All done with packing?” Siya asked, leaning against the bedroom door frame.

Ragini, stuffing the last of her clothes into the suitcase, turned with an excited nod. “Almost! I can’t wait for this trip.”

Siya grinned and handed her a neatly wrapped package. “A little gift for you.”

Curious, Ragini eagerly unwrapped it, only for her expression to shift from excitement to utter shock. Her eyes widened in disbelief. “Are you serious?!”

Siya, utterly amused, burst into laughter. “What? Why are you looking at me like that? Trust me, you’ll need it. This will drive Karanveer absolutely crazy.”

Ragini hastily shoved the package back at her. “Siya! No way. It’s just a small trip—”

“It’s a honeymoon, darling. Don’t call it a ‘trip’ like you’re going on a business conference,” Siya teased.

Ragini rolled her eyes. “Still, I—”

“And the way your husband looks at you?” Siya wiggled her eyebrows suggestively. “He’s just waiting for a chance to have you all to himself. Completely undisturbed.”

“Shut up, Siya!” Ragini’s cheeks turned crimson as she threw a pillow at her friend, who dodged it effortlessly, laughing.

“Oh, I can’t wait for the stories when you get back.” Siya smirked before grabbing her bag. “Have fun, Mrs.Rajvansh.”

Ragini groaned, but deep down, she couldn’t ignore the tiny flutter in her stomach.

By the time their flight landed in Bali, dawn was breaking, painting the sky in soft hues of pink and gold. The air was warm, carrying the faint scent of salt and tropical flowers.

Karanveer and Ragini made their way to their hotel, the exhaustion of the journey settling heavily on them. As soon as they entered their suite, Ragini barely took a glance around before collapsing onto the bed.

Karanveer chuckled, watching her snuggle into the plush pillows without a second thought. "So much for enjoying our first day here," he muttered to himself, shaking his head fondly.

He quietly unpacked a few essentials before joining her on the bed, but unlike her, sleep didn’t come easy. Instead, he watched her peaceful face, brushing a stray strand of hair away. "Sleep now, Mrs. Rajvansh. You’re going to need all your energy for what I have planned," he whispered before finally dozing off beside her.

Ragini stirred awake as sunlight streamed through the sheer curtains. She stretched, yawning, only to realize she was alone in bed. Blinking a few times, she looked around, momentarily disoriented before it hit her—they were in Bali.

Excitement surged through her, shaking off the remnants of sleep. She pushed the covers off and got up, deciding to take in her surroundings properly.
