"OH MY GOD, RORA, DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO ANNOYING?" Asa yelled at her.
Rora's eyes widened as she thought about what she had done this time. She looked up at Asa, panic and fear showing in her eyes.
"I TOLD YOU NOT TO INTERRUPT ME, I WAS BUSY, I GOT A CALL FROM MY MOM! THAT WAS HER LAST CALL!" Asa yelled again, "GO AWAY! DON'T LOOK AT ME! I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, I NEVER HAVE!"
Rora processed what Asa just said. Then she slowly nodded and quickly wiped the tears that came to her eyes. She walked out of the room.
"I'm sorry, unnie..."
**
She never cared?
Those words kept replaying in Rora's head. Every memory of her and Asa came back to her. She felt her eyes fill up again, and before she knew it, she started crying.
What did she mean, she didn't care about her?
What happened to her sweet, caring Asa unnie who used to let her sleep on her shoulder?
Why was she, Rora, like this?
Did Rora always have to annoy someone?
These question filled her mind as she walked to the top floor of the building, hoping she won't regret what she was going to do now.
She walked, and walked, towards the edge, and was ready to jump.
When she suddenly felt a pull on her arm.
"RORA!" Asa yelled, pulling onto Rora's arm like her life depended on it.
"U-Unnie?" Rora stuttered, before falling into Asa's arms.
"Rora," Asa said, like a whisper, hugging Rora tight.
Rora cried into Asa's shirt, while Asa kept whispering sweet nothings into her ear.
"Rora, why would you do that?" Asa asked, quite calmly.
"B-Because all I e-ever do i-is annoy you o-or something stupid," Rora stuttered again.
"No, Rora. You have to learn something. People can't decide whether they live or die. It's fate. So, live on," Asa said softly, "So, don't try that again, please, Rora."
Rora nodded tearfully. Asa took Rora's hand and started playing with her fingers.
"I only yelled at you because I was having a bad day, Rora. I would never yell at you for nothing. You're one of the most important people in my life. Well, if you don't included my mom," she started, making Rora chuckle weakly, "What I mean is, you have no idea how I would feel if you left me. You can't leave me here. I won't stay without you."
Rora was about to cry harder when she heard these words.
She looked up at Asa, and hugged her tighter.
"T-thank you, unnie," she said in a soft whisper, letting Asa play with her hair.
Asa nodded, still having Rora in her arms.
"Don't try that on me again, I swear, Rora-" Asa started before ranting about all her worries to Rora, who was smiling softly, thinking about how lucky she was to have someone like Asa in her life.
The one who would whisper Sweet Nothings in her ear when she needed it the most.
