How will I find room for someone else if you took all the space in my heart.

For the past one year, their son has been struggling ever since he lost his mate. Restless and in constant pain, he has been gradually losing his sanity despite his efforts to stay composed, causing their hearts to ache with every passing day.

Their son has found solace in blood lust, yet surprisingly developed a soft spot for rogues. With the king's approval, he has taken in numerous of them, purchasing a vast plot of land within the pack territory and constructing numerous homes.

As their sons continue to drift further apart, the parents helplessly watch, unable to mend their shattered relationship. Alex, in particular, regrets his past actions of trying to interfere with his brother's choice of mate.

He was shocked at what he found - a once proud and strong alpha now reduced to a shadow of his former self. The king saw the pain and turmoil in Marcel's eyes, despite the facade of strength he put on for his pack.

The king knew that something needed to be done to help Marcel before it was too late. He offered his support and guidance, knowing that Marcel needed it now more than ever. Together, they worked to find a way to bring peace and healing to Marcel's shattered soul.

Slowly but surely, with the king's support and the love of his family, Marcel began to find his way back from the darkness that had consumed him. He started to open up about his pain and struggles, allowing himself to heal and move forward.

The king's visit had been a turning point for Marcel, a glimmer of hope in the midst of despair. With time and patience, Marcel was able to find peace once again, but his bond with his family grew weaker than ever before except his father and mother who still held a special place in his heart.

And as Marcel stood alongside his parents and the king, looking out at the homes he had built for the rogues who had found solace in his pack, he knew that he had come a long way from the pain and suffering of his past. And he was grateful for the support and love that had helped him find his way back to himself.

In the night's silence, the Beta stood by his mate's grave, bathed in gentle moonlight that illuminated his dark hair and highlighted his lonely figure. The pain of losing his soul mate was unbearable, tearing his soul apart and leaving behind only scattered pieces of despair and he so badly want her back, where she belongs.

His anger towards his brother and friends grew stronger, knowing that they had betrayed him by conspiring to take his beloved away. The image of his mate hanging on that scarf fueled his rage, his fists clenched in frustration.

A sudden realization struck him as he recognized the scarf, triggering confusion and pain in his eyes. With a fiery gaze filled with hatred and vengeance, he left the pack lands, determined not to alert the culprits too soon.

It was a cruel twist of fate to be surrounded by those who pretended to be friends and family, only to turn into ruthless enemies who would deceive and betray with a smile on their faces.

With a heavy heart and a mind filled with questions, he made his way to a bar that was a thirty-minute drive away from the familiar comfort of the pack lands. The thought of drowning his sorrows in alcohol was foreign to him, as he rarely indulged in such vices. But tonight was different. Tonight, he needed something to numb the pain and confusion that consumed him.

As he stepped into the dimly lit bar, the scent of stale beer and cigarettes filled his nostrils. He found a secluded corner booth and ordered a whiskey, needing the burn of the liquor to distract him from the whirlwind of emotions swirling inside him.

His thoughts were consumed by the events that had led him to this moment. Why had they put him through such a cruel ordeal? In his twenty-six years of life, he had never encountered such heartlessness and betrayal. The ones that had once been his confidantes had turned their backs on him without a second thought.
