"Rohit?" Pooja asked shakily but the man on the other side didn't let her speak.

"Are you crazy? What are you doing in the military academy, huh? How can you be so stupid to follow me back to the academy?" Rohit yelled at her through the call and Pooja was shocked to hear his words.

"But... but I came to search for your network, Rohit and you are yelling at me? You... you went out of reach without any trace.... and...." She tried to speak through to shock.

"And what? You thought of becoming a superhero and come to find me? *sigh* Now listen to me, I'll meet on the night of the Fresher's ball but promise me that you will leave the academy after this...." Rohit said.

"Okay... Even I am not so keen of turning on my system, every morning at 4. I'll meet you on the night of Fresher's ball." Pooja said a bit excitedly and the call ended.

She made her way back to her room, more like skipped with excitement to meet her Rohit.

Naina noticed her cheery smile and raised her eyebrow at Pooja.

"What's the matter? Someone's too happy..." Naina said as she hung her uniform in the cupboard.

"Rohit called me...." Pooja told her and Naina turned to look at Pooja in surprise.

"Rohit? Your fiancé? What... when... how...?" Naina asked as she sat on the bed in front of Pooja.

"He didn't send reply to those messages. He just told to meet at the Fresher's ball night. Haaye... this is romantic, isn't it? Going to meet my Prince Charming at night, all secretly...." Pooja gushed.

Naina's eyes widened. "Pooja, are you sure that it was Rohit and not someone else pretending to be him?"

"I know that voice of Rohit... it was definitely him." Pooja said confidently and laid on her bed, turning off the nightlamp.

Naina felt a bit odd but shrugged her shoulders and laid on her own bed, her mind drifting back to what Captain said. He was a strange man. Every time she met him, he would just whisper strange things and then leave like nothing happened. One minute he pretended as if he knew her like the back of his hand and in the other, he was again back to being a teacher. Naina's confusion, eventually tired her as she fell asleep.

The excitement of the cadets was dampened when they heard about the decision of Brigadier. Only the cadets who would pass the drill will be allowed to go to the ball.

Of course, how could Major Nair sit back and relax when he found such an opportunity? So, when the time for the drills came, half of the class was failed. The cadets were enraged but no one knew what to do. They were angry, frustrated but helpless. But no one was prepared for the drama which was waiting to unfold.

As the cadets were strolling in dejected in the grounds, a loud yell was heard.

"Main apni jaan de dungi yaha se kood kar." Naina and Huda's eyes widened as they recognized the voice to Pooja's. They ran to find her standing on top of a steep hill.

"Nahi rehna mujhe yahan par... Mar jaungi main.... Kood jaungi main.... Nahin rehna mujhe yahan...." Pooja cried as her voice echoed through the premise. All cadets gathered down the hill, shocked and worried for her.

"Pooja!!!!" Naina and Huda yelled but Pooja didn't pay attention.

"Nahin rehna mujhe yahan par. Main mar jaungi... Main is academy se apna connection kaat dungi..." Pooja cried once again.

"Pooja... are you crazy? Come down...." Huda yelled for her but Pooja ignored her.

"Nahin aana mujhe neeche... Main neeche jump kar dungi...." Pooja called out distressed and frustrated.
