That Monday, Hao walked to the gymnasium—he had people to talk to and relationships to check on. Those people were actually a person named Sung Hanbin and the relationships were a relationship between Gyuvin and Ricky.

"If I walk in and they're still ignoring each other..." Hao clenched his teeth at the thought before shaking it off. He didn't need any negativity in his mind before anything even happened.

He pushed open the grand doors and was faced with a beautiful sight—the entire team playing together in synchrony without anyone arguing. What was even more beautiful was that the newcomer, Nam Jaeseok, seemed to be keeping quiet while playing on the side by himself.

That's how it should be all the time. Hao nodded his head firmly and advanced toward the team.

"Hey guys!" he yelled out, garnering the attention of everyone in the room including Jaeseok. "Is practice going well?" He put his hands on his hips and held back a chuckle as Hanbin chased the ball he'd dropped upon seeing Hao.

"The usual," Ricky responded for Hanbin, seeing as the other was still chasing the ball like a fool.

"I'll get it, hyung. Go talk to your lover!" Gunwook, bless him, yelled out to Hanbin, successfully stopping the other's foolish attempts to get the ball. He patted the guy on the back when he caught up to him and eventually got the ball in his hold.

Hanbin walked up to Hao and kissed him on the cheek as a greeting. He really didn't care if Jaeseok was watching—if anything, it could be a reason for the guy to leave even faster.

"Hey," Hanbin whispered to Hao with a gleeful smile on his face. "What brings you here?" he asked a little louder so the others could listen in.

"Just wanted to check up on a few things and people. I also have to clarify some stuff," Hao returned the smile and let his gaze snap to Ricky and Gyuvin. The two looked at him with blank stares as if they didn't know why they were being singled out.

"...Do you want to talk to us?" Gyuvin pointed between himself and Ricky before lowering his hand weakly. Hao nodded with a chuckle and gestured for the two to follow him. Gyuvin gulped.

"It's okay. He probably just wants to make sure we aren't at each other's throats anymore." Ricky patted Gyuvin's shoulder as comfortingly as he could. The other did appear more nervous than usual. He'd been on edge ever since he got kicked from the team.

After leading them a couple of meters away from where the rest of the team was playing, Hao turned around to face the duo following him. He then gave them a friendly grin to show that he came in peace.

"I take it your friendship is going swimmingly right now?" Hao raised an eyebrow, practically challenging them to say the opposite.

"He apologized. I think we're friends again," Gyuvin looked over at Ricky for confirmation, only to find the other guy snickering. "Are we not?" he frowned, assuming the worst.

"Of course we are. You just sounded cute when you said that—" Ricky caught Hao's eye and saw his face morph in shock and panic. He then backtracked immediately and said, "I mean..."

"He means you sounded a bit unsure," Hao, ever the angel, stepped in for Ricky who gave him a grateful squint of the eyes. "I'm glad you guys are back on track." He sighed a sigh of relief.

"We played Jenga yesterday too!" Gyuvin exclaimed, presumably unaware of how red his face had gotten from what Ricky said. "I won every time," he said proudly, pointing at himself.
