"Lisa," You groaned as you walked into the bedroom, where your girlfriend was.

"Hey, baby. I was just about to come back downstairs." She said with a smile, only for it to fade as soon as she saw the pained expression on your face. "What's the matter?"

"My back has been killing me all day today. Do you think you could help me?"

"Of course." She said as she walked over to you.

She didn't notice that you had a few pieces of dry pasta in your mouth as she came over to you, which is exactly what you had been hoping for.

It's been a while since you've played any kind of prank on your sweet girlfriend and, honestly, you've both been enjoying that since the pranks you pulled before weren't very funny and you regretted them heavily.

But this one seemed pretty harmless.

So when you saw it on TikTok, you just knew that it would be a fun little prank to pull on her.

You had been cuddling on the couch and watching a movie when Lisa decided to go change into a different shirt because she felt a little warm.

That gave you the perfect opportunity to grab the pasta and pretend your back was aching to get her to crack your back for you.

As she came over to you, she wrapped her arms around you securely.

"Okay, ready?"

"Yeah." You said, groaning from the pain you pretended to be in.

As she tightened her grip on you and your back cracked, you bit down on the pasta in your mouth, and a loud crunch was heard.

"What was that!?" She asked and pulled away with a panicked look in her eyes.

"Lisa," You groaned. "It hurts so bad."

You fell onto the floor and she placed a shaking hand on your back, making you wince.

"Did I hurt you, baby? Oh, my god, I hurt you, didn't I? I'm sorry! I'm so sorry, my love."

"Oh, god," You groaned.

"Should I call an ambulance? Should I rush you to the hospital myself? What should I do?"

She was anxiously rambling as a genuine look of concern stayed on her face and she tried to comfort you through the pain she thought you were in.

"That's it, I'm calling an ambulance!" She said and went to stand up, only for you to grab her hand. "It'll be okay, baby. I'm sure it's nothing too serious. But I truly am sorry. I feel so bad about this."

You spit the pasta onto a tissue that you had in the pocket of your sweats and Lisa looked at you in confusion.

"What's that? Pasta? Why were you eating that?"

"I wasn't." You said before grabbing her hand again. "I was just messing with you, Lili,"

She was torn between letting out a frustrated groan or breathing out a sigh of relief.

"You're okay? Your back isn't hurting?"

"No, baby, I'm alright."

"Oh, that's good!" She said before hugging you tightly, only to pull away and lightly smack your shoulder. "You scared the hell out of me!"

"I'm sorry!"

She rolled her eyes before shaking her head at you.

"Don't scare me like that again. I thought I had actually hurt you!"

"I'm fine, I promise." You assured. "And I'm sorry. I thought this was a harmless prank compared to the others."

"Well, it is. But it did scare me half to death!"

You apologized again before putting your arms around her for a hug.

Although her heart had been in her throat and she wasn't very thrilled about this prank, it wasn't as bad as the others you had pulled on her.

No one was hurt physically or emotionally.

So Lisa didn't hesitate to hug you back and let out another breath of relief.

"I accept your apology. But no more pranks. You're going to make my hair turn grey and I'm only twenty-seven!"

You laughed and kissed her neck softly.

"Okay, no more. I promise."

She kissed your head.

"Good. I'm holding you to that."
