“Are you really sure Jeongguk?” I asked him again, standing beside my lover's grave.

“Yes, this is the only way we will know he's not Taehyung and that is his twin or doppelganger.” He said, before digging up.

“God.. What will people think when they see me, Lee Yeonmi, a successful businesswoman, in a graveyard?” I prayed under my breath.

“Yah, Yeonmi! Help me out!” He yelled for me to start digging too.

“Okay, okay, when did we break the formalities?” I asked while digging.

“I thought with the number of conversations we do, it's better to drop formality. Besides, you call me just Jeongguk too.”

“That's because you never told me your full name.” I deadpanned.

“It's Jeon Jeongguk.” What? That's his actual name? Weird.

“Okay, Jeon Jeongguk.” I whispered to myself.

“Phew, help me open this now.” He said, putting his hands on one side of coffin while I put mine on other, and we both pulled. A loud creaking noise filled the silent dark graveyard for a second before it went back to normal.

“Oh, hell no. Where the fuck did his body disappear?!” Jeongguk cursed, gripping the roots of his hair.

“No, no, no! Where is he?! Was that guy really my Taehyung?? I– i can't believe I cried at his fake funeral!” Tears began to bubble inside my eyes, trailing down till my jaw and falling on the ground.

“W–why would Taehyung do that!?” I screamed in the dead silence.

“I think we should pack up everything as it was and get to the next question; why did Taehyung fake his own death?” Jeongguk suggested, not least being sympathetic to my crying self. But, hey, at least he suggested that so maybe he wants to distract me or maybe I'm just delusional.

“O–okay.”
