“So? Do you get to know what they were talking about?” I asked Jeongguk as soon as he walked up.
“Oh my god Yeonmi, Jesus. I have a hangover and this is what you're worried about? Let a soup or something!!” He shouted in a husky voice.
“I'm not your caretaker or mum, okay?” I said, putting my hands on my hips.
“But you're my partner in ‘Is that Taehyung or Jaeboem’ mission!” He whined.
“Okay fine, get your teeth brushed til I get back here.” I went down and made some handover soup for him.
“The soup is tasty, I must admit. Seems like your ‘only business’ hands know how to make edible food.” He laughed, mocking me.
“Drink the soup or I'm pouring it on your face.” I threatened with a glare.
“Ah, now my head feels much better.” He sighed in full relief.
“Tell me what you saw or heard.” I impatiently asked, sitting at the corner of his bed.
“They were talking to a man called ‘Mr. Cha Eun-woo’. He was being threatened to sign some papers in the name of his family. I think they were some property papers.” He mused, before laying on the bed comfortably.
“Mr Cha Eun-woo? He's one of my investors and also a good friend. He owns a company, we have a project together in upcoming days. I hope it doesn't has anything to do with it.” I stated worriedly.
“You found something else?” I asked him.
“All the others were calling him Mr. Kim or Jaeboem, not Taehyung. I really think he's not Taehyung, yeonmi.”
“B–but, his body from the coffin...”
“That's another mystery we need to solve later but first, let's see what is up with this Jaeboem guy.”
