i was waiting, as usual.

i was finally un-grounded now. and what greeted me at school is a bunch of school works.

there was still no news about ricky and i didn't get to visit him yet.

welp, yujin & gunwook didn't want me to.

"wanna eat or nah?" jana asked for the nth time. "you're spacing out again!"

i sighed and gulped down my olatte.

"i ain't gonna eat. that's yours now." i pushed my tray of food towards her.

"i appreciate your generosity, miss jang. but you're trying to make me fat!" she kicked my leg under the table.

i kicked her back, "i'm leaving now." i stood up.

she looked up at me. "hey! don't leave me!"

i stuck out my tongue at her and ran out the cafeteria.

i wonder if ricky woke up now..

"hi!" i heard someone call from behind.

i turned around and saw gayeon & gyuvin. i waved back at the two.

"hey, i was wondering if you want to come with us later. we'll go see baby!" gayeon excitedly told me as they got closer.

i awkwardly laughed, not knowing what to reply.

"so? will you come with us?" she asked again with sparkling eyes.

i just smiled and nodded. "yay!"

"see you later then." gyuvin said and waved goodbye before walking away with gayeon.

"yoohoo!" i saw the usual cheerful gayeon by the school gates.

i ran towards her, "where's gyuvin?"

"oh, he had some student council things to work on." she shrugged. "let's wait for him in that café."

she then dragged me into a cafe across the street.

"come on, order anything you want! my treat!" she clasped her hands together.

i sighed, "girl, if you keep on treating people, they might take advantage of you and use you."

she just blinked at me for a minute and then laughed. "don't worry. i don't do this everytime. i'm just doing this for you because you're a new friend of mine." she gave me an eye-smile.

"my mother once told me to treat a new friend dearly." she added.

i smiled at her. "well, okay, dear friend."

we both got our orders in a flash since there's not much customers today.

i sucked my lemonade through the straw as i scroll down my instagram.

"hey.." i heard gayeon speak. i hummed and look up at her.

"how are you and ricky?" she cupped both her cheeks and rested her elbows against the table, anticipating for my answer.

i was taken a back by her question. "u-uh.. he.. uhm.." my eyes roamed around nervously.

"also, where is he now? didn't he leave school?" she asked again.
