Luke watches the daffodil-filled forest. His heart aches every time he passes by this small flower bed. He could not help but stare at it.

He was meant to die.

He was protecting someone, but he could not recall who.

He could not help but pick up a bunch of flowers and bring them back with him, decorating his empty room with their bright yellow color.

His life progressed normally. He returned to his old ways of messing around with women, and soon turned his attention to alcohol. He never went a day without being drunk.

He could not be careless about the hunters; instead, he evolved into a cold-blooded killer with a strong bloodlust. He could not stop his rage, which was fueling his desire to murder them all.

There was never a day when his heart was not ripped apart.

He walked around, staring at familiar shops. The pastry shop, the pharmacy, the inn, and the eateries. He was aware that he frequented this location. Places that have significant meaning in his life.

"It is been a while, Young Man! You are not with the Young Lady?" the baker asked, smiling at him.

"Young Lady?"

"The beautiful girl with red hair."

*dug. dug.*

"Right? You're not with the pretty lady." even the children, who seemed familiar to him all said while pointing at him.

"What? Did you two break up?"

"Granny, they're not together yet!" The children laugh and run away.

He was stunned and silent, listening to them. He couldn't tell who they were talking about.

"Well, young man." The lady hands him a strawberry short cake, "Something must've happened between you two. I couldn't tell what but I'm sure, you'll be able to pass through it."

He listened to their words and understood one thing.

"You both can make a good couple. You always see each other with so much love that everyone in the county loves how both of you comes together, like friends. I hope I could see you and Lady Tara happily living together."

Tara.

*dug. dug.*

"Tara." he whispered.

"Luke!"

"You're not my type, I'm sorry."

"Luke! Come here! Faster!"

*dug dug*

"Where were you?! I've been waiting for you!"

My Star.

Memories began flooding his mind. He looked at the baker and said, "Thank you!"

Then rushes off.

If he recall correctly, she and the dragons always travel towards the Northwest. There are only three mountains in the Northwest: Mt. Yutong, Mt. Sierra, and Mt. Yelia.

He did not hesitate to mount his horse and go in search of Tara.

He checked all the mountains, and only Mt. Yelia had a high concentration of mana. However, the mountain was completely covered in ice.

He shook his head and continued on his way.

"I..."

Once he sees her, he will have all of his questions answered.
