Finally, after three long and exhausting weeks, Kinn flew back to Bangkok. He was tired and desperate. His thoughts were consumed by Porsche. It had been far too long since their first meeting. What if Porsche didn't recognize him? Or worse, what if he rejects him? What if? Thousands of scenarios ran through his mind, and he was angry with himself for not confessing his feelings sooner. So the moment he landed, he called Charlie. "Did you find out what I asked for?"
"Hello to you too. And I'm fine, thanks for asking," Charlie teased.
"Can we do this later? Now tell me, did you find out where he lives?"
"What do you think? You know me. Don't insult me like that."
"So what exactly are you waiting for? Send me his address right now. I need to see him and tell him how I feel. I need to see him now."
Charlie paused for a moment before speaking again, "I know you can't wait to see him, but don't you think showing up at his doorstep without warning might make him feel awkward? It's Sunday. Just hold on one more night, then tomorrow morning you can go to his college, where you saw him for the first time , and talk all you want."
Kinn wasn't in the mood to listen, but he knew Charlie was right. He might startle Porsche with an unexpected visit or scare him. This wouldn't look good. Kinn closed his eyes. It was a lot to handle, but he needed to stay calm. "Okay, I'll go see him tomorrow then," he said. With that, he ended the call.
But who was he kidding? It was the longest night of Kinn's life. He couldn't sleep a wink, thinking and rehearsing how he would introduce himself and what he would say. How could he impress him? Kinn tried on every outfit in his closet, checking himself in the mirror. For the first time in his life, he was both nervous and happy because he knew he would finally see Porsche tomorrow.

That morning, he was unusually cheerful and smiling. He told Kim he would drop him off at college. Kim was curious about his brother's sudden generosity but decided not to ask, especially since he was getting a ride in his brother's Bugatti La Voiture Noire. Only a fool would refuse such an offer, so Kim kept quiet, and they soon set off. Kinn was exceptionally excited, talking nonstop and singing along with the radio. He wasn't acting like himself, and Kim was surprised to see his brother this way. He thought to himself that Singapore had changed Kinn for the better. Little did he know, it wasn't Singapore that had made Kinn this way; it was just a boy who plays football :).
Kinn parked his car. On his way, he rehearsed different types of approaches. He had forgotten everything he had prepared the previous night. All his confidence is now vanished in thin air. His throat feels dry all of a sudden. He was nervous. With too many thoughts racing in his mind, kinn finally reached the college football ground. Every other boy was playing there except Porsche. Kinn looked for him everywhere, including his class.
From Charlie, he gathered all the information about Porsche, like which year he is in, what subjects he is studying, where he stays, and who his friends were. So kinn now knows pretty much basic details about Porsche. So, Kinn went to his class, hoping to find Porsche in there, but he was wrong. Porsche wasn't there either. He asked a few boys from the class where Porsche was, and he learned Porsche hadn't come in today. Kinn was dishearted and disappointed. He was agitated. He waited so long for this day, and now Porsche isn't here. kinn can't wait any longer. He decided to go to his home. He thinks to himself whatever happens he will see later, but right now, he just wants to see Porsche. He can't wait anymore.
Without much thoughts kinn started to drive, and eventually, he reached Porsche's house. But he was disappointed again. They weren't there. From a neighbor, kinn learned that three days ago, Porsche and his family went to his grandma's house, but they didn't know the address. Kinn was mad. His head was buzzing. All the cheerfulness is now gone, replaced by a furious Kinn-just like before, or perhaps even more so-who stormed into the office. He was screaming at his coworkers, throwing papers everywhere. Every employee in the office was scared; they had seen angry Kinn before, but this was worse, much worse.
