"Wait! Why is he just chasing me!" I yell running from Nik. I can hear hope Freya Rebekah and Davina laughing. I've been in New Orleans with Hope for about two weeks now.

Ethan went off to collage about a month ago. I suddenly trip over nothing and Nik jumps on top of me. "Ha! I got you!"

I laugh and get up and pick flip him I've rung shoulder. "You little cheater you used magic!" He laughs "put me down!"

"Freya! He can swim right?" I called out. "Yeah he can" she chuckles and shakes her head. "Good" I smirk and rush to the pool.

"Wait noo! Hope!" Nik yells for help. I laugh and throw him into the pool. He pops up. "Hey! Meanie!" I cross my arms and smirk.

"You cheated at tag, I just simply got you back" I tilt my head.

"Yeah and I'll get you back" I hear in my ear and turn around. "Hope no!" She smiles and picks me up. I wrap my arms around her neck.

"No don't hope!" She laughs a bit. "Let go" she shakes her head.

"No way, if you wanna throw me in the pool you're going in with me" she drops her head and chuckles.

Nik had already gotten out of the pool. Freya Rebekah and Davina are watching from the side.

"Ah!" Me and Hope both scream as we get pushed into the pool. I popped back up and push my hair back.

"Nik!" Hope yells. I smile and swim to the stairs getting out. "Having fun?" Freya asked with a small smile. I look over and see Nik jump into the pool and start to play with Hope.

"I am actually" I say with a smile staring at Hope. I turn my head back to Freya "wanna hug" I smirk and hold my arms out.

"Don't even think about it Lillian" she crosses her arms. I just smile and use a spell to dry myself. "I'm going inside I'll be back" I smile and rush inside to my room.

I open my laptop that sits on my bed. As I sit down I call Ethan. He answer with a smile. "Hey baby"

"Hey! How's everything" I asked

"Good, we just finished practice, and me and some of the team are going out to eat" I nod. "I'm glad you made some friends" he nods. "Me too, took me awhile though" he chuckles.

"Oh! Ethan's talking to a girl!" Some guy behind him in the screen yells. Suddenly there is a whole team behind him.

"They are childish, if you can't tell" Ethan rolls his eyes. I laugh. "Noticed"

"Yo Ethan who's the girl" some guy bends down. I slightly wave. "My girlfriend Zack" Ethan said and pushed him away.

"I'll talk to you soon, tell Hope I and Nik I said hi" I smile. "Of course by love you"

"Bye!" He hung up. I stare at the screen. "He did not just hang up without saying love you back" I look up.

"He did Hayley he did" I slightly smile and shake my head closing the laptop. "Why aren't you outside with the others?" She asked sitting beside me. "I was but I wanted to call Ethan" she nods.

"You really care about him huh" she asked. "I do, this whole long distance thing is hard though, I hate it" I fall flat in my back.

"It can be" Hayley says. "But the important thing to remember is you both care about each other Lilly, as long as you both feel that connection nothing would happen, when's the next time you see him?" She said and then asked. I think for a moment. "Three weeks.. im pretty sure, he doesn't know though. I'm going to surprise him at one of his games" I smile.

"That's good, now come on, let's go push Klaus into the pool" I chuckle. "You know he probably heard that"

"Oh he did but that's why there's four witches here" she nudges me. I chuckle and get up. "Okay let's go" we get up and walk back outside. Almost everyone is in the pool. Expect Klaus me and Hayley who stand off to the side.

And Keelin who just got home. "What's going on"

"Your son started it" I tell her and she just lets out a laugh. "Come on bunny, get back in" Hope says leaning on the side of the pool looking at me.

"No thanks" I cross my arms. "Hayley no!" Klaus yells. Me and Keelin look at each other and run over pushing Klaus and Hayley into the pool as Hayley fights with Klaus to push him in.

Me and keelin laugh.

Me and Keelin sit in chairs by a side table to the pool. Everyone is still in the pool playing around. Elijah got home a few minutes ago and jumped in with them.

"Bunny come on" Hope says again getting out of the pool and walking over. "No I like staying dry which is why I learned that spell" I smile leaning back against the chair.

"Come on" hope takes my hands and pulls me up. I groan pulling back. "Lilly!" She laughs. "Hope!" I chuckle.

she sighs and lets go I fall back against the chair. She stares down at me. "Come on why not" she crosses her arms and I shrug.

"I just don't wanna swim" I smile and sit up slightly. She sits down next to me. "Liar" I sigh and lean back again. "I hate when you do that"

"Do what" she smirks. "Listen to my heartbeat Hope, to know how I'm feeling. Might as well wear you as a ring and call you a mood ring" I joke.

"Well you don't open up to me like you use to bunny" I sigh. I know she's right I stopped talking to her like use to. I just haven't really connected with her after we told each other how we felt..

Sort of. I've been way too focused on this stupid long distance relationship with Ethan.The twins text me everyday with something new and sometimes it worries me. Stefanie's been way too busy trying to fix things with the twins. Landon and Josie broke up. Lizzie is finally dating Mg.

I'm not in mystic falls for a reason. And I still manage to find something to worry about. "Lilly"

Hope says snapping me out of the thoughts. "Sorry what?"

"What's wrong" I shake my head "nothing"

"Lexi"

"Andrea"

I eye her. "Fine" she gets up. I stare at her. She suddenly picks me up throwing me over her shoulder. "Hope! Put me down" I say as I hang over her shoulder. "No" I groan as she begins walking.

"Where are we going" I ask trying to push myself up. "Somewhere" she takes off vamping.

"Hope!" I yell and I hear her laugh. "Relax"

"Relax?! I'm basically being kidnapped by you!" I groan

"You will be fine" I sigh and give up letting all my body weight on hope. "Jeez you suddenly got heavy"

I scoff and hit her back. She lets out a laugh and puts me down. "Where are we" I asked looking around. "Away from everyone, so we can talk about what's really bothering you"

I groan and turn away. "Lilly, you know what happens when you don't talk"

"Hope I have the urge to snap your neck" I drop my arms. "It's about Ethan isn't it" she ask placing her hand on my shoulder.

"Things are different, I can feel it. But he won't talk to me, it's been a month since he left for collage. I knew a long distance relationship was risky but that's what we wanted Hope. But every time we call he makes up an excuse to hang up and leave. And it's not just his friends being loud. It's so many other things" I sigh.

"I'm sure everything is fine, he's probably just busy with collage Bunny. It's not easy" I nod and look at her. "Stop overthinking things, he loves you and he's proved it so many times"

"What if he doesn't anymore" she sighs and takes my hands. "Then he's a idoit, and that just means I get to be with you sooner" she smirks.

I laugh and shake my head. "Hope Andrea Mikaelson, are you praying in our down fall" I cross my arms.

She shrugs and giggles "maybe" I push her shoulder and laugh. "Everything will be okay" she tells me. I nod and hug her. "Thanks butterfly"

"Always bunny" she hugs me back and I can feel her kiss the top of my head.
