"Fourth, I need to go to the toilet. You can head to the canteen first," Satang said quickly, rushing out of the classroom before Fourth could respond.

Winny's eyes followed Satang as he hurried out of the room.

He was the omega I try to hit on yesterday..

Just then, Joong appeared at the classroom door. "Win, let's go to the canteen."

"Okay," Winny nodded, trying to shake off the distraction.

At the Canteen

Fourth and Gemini were already seated at a table when Joong and Winny joined them. Gemini waved them over.

"Babe, this is my friend, Winny. He transferred today and ended up in your class," Gemini introduced Winny to Fourth.

"Hi, Winny," Fourth greeted with a friendly smile.

"Hey," Winny replied, his tone casual, though his mind was elsewhere.

"Where's Satang?" Joong asked, looking around.

"Who's Satang?" Winny asked curiously.

Joong leaned in and whispered, "The Omega I dared you about the other night."

Winny's eyes widened in realization. "Bro—so you didn't just pick a random person that night?"

Gemini snickered at Winny's reaction, clearly amused. "Nah, that wouldn't be fun. Joong picked someone impossible for you on purpose."

Joong grinned, clearly enjoying the situation. "Exactly. I wanted to challenge you. Random wouldn't be as entertaining."

Winny shot them a shocked look. "Seriously?"

"What are you guys talking about?" Fourth asked, glancing between them, completely unaware of the bet.

"Nothing, babe," Gemini quickly said, then turned back to the topic. "But really, where's Satang? He's been gone for a while."

"He said he was going to the toilet, but it's been too long," Fourth said, sounding a little worried.

"It's fine, I'll go check on him," Winny offered, standing up.

Gemini and Joong immediately started preparing to tease him, but Winny cut them off with a sharp, warning glare. "Don't even think about it," his eyes seemed to say, leaving no room for their jokes as he walked off to find Satang.

In the Toilet

Winny entered the empty restroom, scanning the stalls. All the doors were open except one. He knocked softly on it, calling out.

"Satang? It's Winny. Are you in there? Your friends are worried about you," he said gently, but there was no response.

Concerned, he knocked again, this time more urgently. "Satang? Are you okay? Open the door so I can help you."

After a moment, the door creaked open slightly. Winny froze, his eyes widening in shock as he took in Satang's condition. The Omega was clearly in heat, flushed and trembling. Winny instinctively took a step back, then hurriedly locked the main door of the toilet to make sure no one else could enter.

"Shit... you're in heat, aren't you? Where's your medicine?" Winny asked, trying to keep his distance. As an Alpha, he knew the risk of being too close—especially with the overwhelming pull of Satang's pheromones.

But Satang was already too far gone, his eyes hazy with desire. "Win—ahh~, help me," Satang moaned, his voice thick with need as he reached out for Winny.

Winny's heart pounded in his chest. He gritted his teeth, doing everything he could to maintain a safe distance, but the sight of Satang, so vulnerable and flushed with heat, made it nearly impossible to think straight.

"Win... p-please... hug me... it hurts- ahh~," Satang whimpered, collapsing onto the floor as tears welled in his eyes from the pain. The sight of Satang crying, desperate and in agony, tugged at something deep inside Winny. He felt torn—conflicted by the urge to protect Satang and the need to maintain control.

Satang looked up at Winny, his eyes pleading, as if begging for relief. "Win..." he whispered, his voice trembling.

"Shit!" Winny cursed under his breath, unable to resist any longer. He quickly knelt down, pulling Satang into his arms. Gently, he released a small amount of his own pheromones, just enough to calm Satang's body and ease the intensity of his heat.

"Win- ahh~ touch me..." Satang whimpered into Winny's ear, his body trembling as he leaned into the Alpha's embrace.

But Winny held back, forcing himself to remain in control. "Relax, Satang. Everything's going to be okay," he whispered softly, stroking Satang's back in a soothing manner, trying to comfort him through the pain.

After what felt like an eternity, Satang finally passed out from exhaustion, his breathing becoming steady as his body relaxed in Winny's arms. Winny gently lifted him and carried him to the infirmary, doing everything he could to ensure Satang got the care he needed.

As Winny laid Satang down for treatment, he couldn't shake the overwhelming sense of protectiveness that had washed over him. Something about Satang tugged at his heart in a way he hadn't expected.

In the Infirmary Room

"Ugh... my head hurts so bad," Satang groaned as he finally woke up after an hour of sleep.

"You're awake at last, Satang," said Dr. Jimmy, smiling kindly as he approached the bed.

"Why am I in the infirmary, Doc?" Satang asked, confused. The last thing he remembered was being in the toilet, but how he ended up here was a mystery.

"You don't remember passing out in the toilet due to your heat?" Dr. Jimmy asked, trying to assess if Satang was fully alert.

"Passed out? No, I don't remember that," Satang replied, rubbing his temples as the headache lingered.

"It's okay," Dr. Jimmy reassured him. "Here's the medication for your heat. I heard your cycle's been irregular lately, so I've given you a higher dose to stabilize things."

"Thank you, Doc," Satang said, carefully getting off the bed. He glanced at the time and realized it was time to head home.

Just as he was about to leave, Dr. Jimmy called out, "Oh, don't forget to thank your Alpha!"

Satang froze, his eyes widening in shock. "Alpha? Since when?" he muttered to himself.
