VANI POV :

I am so happy that finally my bestie did it . Diya became the CEO of her company . I know how she struggled so hard I can feel it , I still remember how she forgot to eat her meals , spent sleepless nights while trying her best to uplift the company from being a manager to becoming COO and now she became CEO and in the midst of all her problems she used to cheer up for me whenever I feel down in my work coz my teacher always told I disappointed her , she literally helped me to do my assignment by doing reasearch on all types of fashion fabrics even though she was busy with her work . Finally my teacher accepted my assignment . Although it was my work but diya's help bought an encouragement for me . Now I'm so happy for her . I really wanna scream and share with everyone but she refused me to do it . I can't break my promise but I wanna share with someone .

Just then my bhabhi came and she spoke " Looks like you are so happy , what's the good news vani....? ".

" Bhabhi...!! You know diya ....! ". I bit my tongue as I was about to spill it .

She gave me a confused look and asked " Is it about diya ? ".

I took a breath and I don't know what to say ...

" Tell me vani what happened to diya ? ". She asked in worried tone .

I looked at some of my designing sketches and I cover it up by saying " Ahh.. actually Diya and Aditya Bhai agreed to do photoshoot and she told she will come to Mumbai ".

" Oh...! When is diya gonna come ? ". She asked with happiness and now I'm screwed I spilled half of the truth .

I spoke " Mmm...she didn't tell the exact date but I'm sure she must come to Mumbai before we go to Goa , we thought to go to Goa together so...".

" Okay...! That's good and... actually I thought you are excited about ishaan ". She said and I was confused .

I asked " Why ishaan bhabhi ? ".

" Actually I thought maybe he proposed to you ". She said and I was a bit disappointed and she noticed it . My bhabhi instantly hugged me for console .

I spoke " Bhabhi I'm fine and I know it takes sometime for us to get into a relationship ".

She released the hug and cupped my face saying " That's good , take your time but please don't get disappointed dear ".

I smiled and just then I heard my mom calling my bhabhi . She smiled patting my shoulder and left .

Well I thought to call Ishaan . I know his seminar came to an end and he is roaming in Delhi streets with his senior doctors .

I called him and he lift my call .

I spoke " Hey gift ...! You know I'm so happy today ...! " .

" I'm glad you are happy sunshine ". He said .

" Did you just call me sunshine ? " . I asked him this is the second time he is calling me sunshine again , I'm I becoming his sunshine ? .

" Wait a minute....Did you just call me gift ? Or you got any gift ? " . He asked and I realised I called him gift coz he is my gift I asked him for .

" Yes you are my gift don't you remember I told you to wrap yourself in a wrapper and gift yourself to me " . I said it all in one go coz I thought he forgot about it .

He chuckled and spoke " Yes ...yes...I do remember Vani and don't worry you will get your gift soon ".

I giggled .
