Ultimate Moves

Ryujin was late to school saying he has an important project to work on. But he made it in time to listen to Aizawa.

Aizawa: "The job of a hero is to save people from danger, like crimes, accidents, natural disasters, man-made disasters, and kaiju attacks." Befofe he could continue Ryujin began talking.

Ryujin: "You do realize that the main cause of Kaiju users attacking is because you threaten them. My people are miserable because of you heroes, and I know it is illegal to use your Quirk to protect yourself if you don't have a license, but why should everyone else get jail time or go off with a warning, while my people only get executed. The only reason why execution rates slowed down is because I revealed my power. And if these executions start going up again, I will not be afraid to start a war." Everyone was shocked by Ryujin's threat to start a war.

Aizawa: "Understood. May I continue with what I was saying?" Ryujin nodded. "The exam to become one naturally looks at how well you are able to do that. Your ability to gather information, make decisions, move, and fight, in addition to your ability to communicate, draw people to you, and lead. Every year, a different test is used to look at how well you are able to do those things."

Midnight: "Of those, your ability to fight is especially important to your futures as heroes. If you are prepared, you won't have to worry. Whether or not you have an ultimate move will greatly affect whether or not you pass."

Cementoss: "Not being influenced by circumstances and being able to act consistently will make you a great asset on the front lines."

Ectoplasm: "Your ultimate moves do not necessarily need to be of the attacking type. For example, Lida's Reciproburst. The temporary burst of speed is enough of a threat to be worth calling an ultimate move."

Lida: "So that's good enough to be called an ultimate move?"

Rikido: "I see... So we need to find something that allows us to feel like as long as I do this, I have the advantage. I can win."

Midnight: "Exactly! Kamui Woods, who played a big part in the fight the other day, has a move called Lacquered Chain Prison that is the perfect example of an ultimate move. It restrains his opponents before they can do anything. I can even use Ryujin's Atomic breath as an example of an ultimate move, do I need to explain the power of that attack?"

Aizawa: "The training camp was canceled, but the training you did to develop your Quirks was part of the process to create your ultimate moves. In other words, until the beginning of the next semester, for the ten days or so until the end of summer vacation, you'll be working out your ultimate moves as you develop your Quirks. You'll be doing intensive training! In addition, you should think about how to improve your costumes to work better with your developing Quirks. Get through this with a Plus Ultra mentality. Are you ready?"

Everyone: "Yes, sir!"

Aizawa: "Before you go, we have a special guest."

When the door opened Ryujin immediately recognized who it was.

Ryujin: "Ceasar."

King Caesar: "Yes yes, I am here to help. I am only here to help a choosen few. Hotaru, Kame, Kong, and Kazuryu."

Bakugo: "What! Why would you choose these extras instead of the future number 1 hero. They are not worth the time to train."

Caesar: "With an attitude like that, you'll never be number 1."

Bakugo: "What did you say you basterd!"

Ryujin was about to step in but was stopped by Caesar.

Caesar: "You'll never be number 1. You're slow, angry, and rash."

Bakugo: "I'll kill you!"

Bakugo lunged forward at Caesar. In that instant Caesar did this.

Caesar: "So Kazuryu, Kame, Hotaru, and Kong come with me."

As Ryujin was working on his ultimate moves All Might came.

Ryujin: "If you're here to help, you can help me by taking yourself out of my sight."

All Might: "I'm here to give you some advice."

Ryujin: "Here is some advice, get the fuck out of my sight before I avenge my people."

All Might: "I know I know, I did horrible things to your people."

Ryujin: "You don't know. Many of them were fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters. They had children that are now orphaned if they're lucky. You killed children who never seen death or destruction, and you were praised as a hero instead of what you are, a killer. I should end you and your quirk. For I know who the next is, I always knew. And no one will save you from my wrath."

All Might: "It was part of my job."

Ryujin: "But you had a choice, you always had a choice."

All Might turned around and walked away. Ryujin got himself out of UA early and gone to his workshop. He opened the fridge that was in the workshop and took out a beer. He got his welding helmet on and got to work.
