Days later The Monarchs got a call to meet with Ceasar and so they went finding the big three, Uraraka, Tsuyu, Deku, Kirishima, Fatgum, Aizawa, Gran Torino. Rock Lock, and many more Heroes, but no Ryujin.

Kazuryu: "Something big must be happening."

Kame: "Why isn't Ryujin here."

Kong: "Who cares we don't need him."

Hotaru: "What is going on?"

Ryukyu: "We're all here, Nighteye. Let's get started."

Nighteye: "Thanks to the information provided by all of you, our investigation has progressed substantially. We've invited you all here for a joint conference to share the intel we've acquired. Regarding the yakuza group Shie Hassaikai and the Red Cult and what we believe they might be planning."

Kazuryu: "Oh, my mother is calling I must answer it." He walked out and dialed a number. "Hey, you are needed... like now."

Bubble girl: "Alright, let's begin at the beginning. For the past couple of weeks now, those of us at Nighteye Agency have been conducting an investigation into Shie Hassaikai, a small but organized group of criminals, and the Red Cult, a cult 15,000 strong and growing."

Izuku: "15,000!?"

Kesagiri Man: "What prompted this?"

Bubble Girl: "For the Shie Hassaikai, an accident involving a gang of thieves called the Reservoir Dogs. For the Red Cult, the attack on Gunhead's agency and Shin Godzilla, for we believe that the Red Cult had something to do with it."

Then the door was kicked down.

Ryujin: "IF YOU'RE DEALING WITH THE RED CULT YOU NEED ME!"

Kazuryu: "Thank you for coming."

Ryujin: "And if we're going up against the Red Cult we're doing it my way, which involves a lot of guns. For the Red Cult is one of those villain groups where you kill on sight. Do you understand me?"

Uraraka: "K-kill!?"

Ryujin: "Yes... kill on sight. Now please continue with the unimportant shit instead of making a plan. But I guess we do that once we get there."

They continued to explain as Ryujin listened in on the details.

Bubble Girl: "So, after all that went down, we posted a notice on the HN requesting assistance.

Centipede: "I think we can skip that part."

Rock Lock: "Does anybody wanna tell me why a buncha high school kids were invited to this conference."

Ryujin: "HOW ABOUT YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP BEFORE I SHOVE THAT CHAIR SO FAR UP YOUR ASS THAT YOUR MOTHER IS GOING TO WISH SHE NEVER GAVE BIRTH TO YA! Now please continue on with the damn details. And if some of you are thinking of introductions don't, for I don't give a fuck."

Nighteye: "Hassaikai's movements are hard to trace, but we suspect one of their main sources of income is illegal drug sales. So I requested help from heroes who have some experience in that area."

Fat Gum: "Yup, I brought in my fair share of drug dealers back in the day and at Red Riot's debut fight, he proved he could, too! Tamaki was shot, and the bullet contained some kinda drug I've never seen before. One that destroys Quirks."

Kesagiri Man: "Destroys Quirks?"

Mirio: "Whoa, what? Tamaki, you're okay, right?"

Tamaki: "Yeah, the stuff wore off while I slept."

Rock Lock: "I'm glad to know that the effects aren't permanent at least. So this stuff doesn't zap a Quirk for good."

Nighteye: "No. But Eraser Head has some further insight."
