Ryujin Serizawa is finally unbound by the law and now has to take another step to be the hero his people need. But this is where the greatest threat of all reveals itself. Will Ryujin prevail, or will he fall just like his bloodline before him.
During Ectoplasm's class, Ceasar entered along with Minya.
Ryujin: "Training day?"
Ceasar: "Yes, for all of you. After you eat of course. Nutrition is highly important for each of us."
Ryujin: "Well....I hope each of you are ready for what he'll do to us." He passed. "You're all going to die."
Kazuryu: "I'm not ready for training!"
Rodan: "Uhh, what do you mean?"
Ryujin: "You'll see." Ryujin gave a reassuring smile to hide his eternal pain.
After they ate, they gone to the training grounds. Ceasar was on top of a pillar watching them enter before he jumped down.
Ceasar: "Alright, you are now under my rules. Rule 1, don't use your pathetic quirks."
Class 1A: "WHAT!"
Ceasar: "Right. I forgot about how much you rely on your quirks. What makes you think you can save a life if you rely on a power you never knew you had, and power doesn't define status, wealth, or weather you're a hero, civilian, villain, or monster?" He passed. "I'm gonna watch you bleed, break, and tremble. Each of which I seen before, and what I expect to see from my students." He turned around. "You think you know a villain by the power they have, but it is how you use this so called "power" and what you do with it." He looked over his shoulder. "Strength is not defined by how much you can carry over your shoulder. But rather how far you wish to continue with your life, even through the darkest of times that life can bring. If you wish to give up with my training, you'll end up a failure to no one but yourself."
Bakugo: "OH, SHUT UP OLD MAN!"
Ceasar: "Then it is a fight you want is it?"
What Ryujin's ears heard:
(This is Caesar's voice.)
Ryujin: "Um, I'm gonna train Minya. So see you after." He said with a confident smile to hide the fear he felt. He left soon after.
Ceasar: "You may use your quirks against me. For you'll need it. If you want to continue to be useful."
The first one to charge forward at Caesar was Bakugo. Ceasar grabbed him arm and redirected the blast away from him.
Ceasar: "Come on Captain Sparkles. You can do better than that."
In a quick motion, Ceasar slammed the skull of Bakugo into the ground. Kirishima charged soon after to help his friend. Ceasar then poked his eyes out.
Ceasar: "Still got a weakness I am afraid."
Ceasar then kicked his jaw knocking him over. Uraraka and Tsuyu then ran forward. Tsuyu launched her tongue out only for Ceasar to grab it and circle his hand wrapping the tongue around his arm in the process. He then used Tsuyu as a weapon, swinging her around like a ragdoll. He then yanked Tsuyu forward and slammed the same arm into her knocking her back, he then repeated the process. At this time Bakugo got up and ran forward. He fired an explosion on Ceasar, but he used Tsuyu as a shield. He threw Tsuyu at Bakugo knocking him down. Denki then tried to electrocute Ceasar but little did Denki know, Ceasar had copper. He quickly through the copper down causing the electricity to go for the copper. Ceasar looked up and saw that Denki was now useless.
Ceasar: "I don't punch retards."
Momo made a cannon and fired it at Ceasar. He quickly dodged out of the way. Tenya tried to kick Ceasar but Ceasar grabbed his leg.
Ceasar: "Got to be faster than that."
Ceasar then ripped the engines out of his legs, causing immense pain for Tenya but also making him useless. Momo was about to fire another Canon ball but Ceasar placed Tenya in front of him using him as a shield. He threw Tenya at the Canon destroying it. Ojiro tried to swing his tail on Ceasar, but Ceasar caught it and began to swing him around like a ragdoll. Sato consumed sugar and charged at Ceasar. He dropped Ojiro and focused on Sato. Ceasar watched him approach, when Sato tried to swing his fist into Ceasar, he simply caught it. He twisted his wrist causing Sato to fall to his knees. Ceasar bashed his skull into Sato's knocking him out. Ceasar took a step forward and stepped on Mineta's purple balls. But Ceasar simply teared it off and threw it at another person. Sero shot tape out of his elbows trying to stop Ceasar, but he did the same thing to Sero as he did with Tsuyu. Tokoyami's shadow tried to grab Ceasar, but Ceasar threw one of Tenya's engines at Tokoyami knocking him down. He looked behind him seeing Shoto preparing to shoot fire. He grabbed the shadow and placed it in front of him, shielding himself from the fire. Ceasar threw an engine at Shoto dazing him. Ceasar launched himself at Shoto, slamming his fist into Shoto, knocking him out. Mina managed to blind Ceasar with her acid. Ceasar still had his other senses. Mina ran toward him, but Ceasar whipped around kicking her in the ribs, causing a guttural crack. Kong then jumped in, trying to land a hit on Ceasar, but Ceasar was to fast for Kong. Ceasar grabbed Kong's fist and twisted it to the point of breaking. Ceasar bashed his own skull into Kong knocking him out. Ceasar whipped the acid from his eyes allowing him to see again. Izuku managed to land a single hit. Ceasar spat out a broken tooth. Ceasar chuckled.

Ceasar: "Congratulations. You managed to break something other than your bone." Izuku launched himself from a wall trying to land another hit, but before he could, he seen a large mane form from Caesar's neck. "Now I break you."
A cloud of dust then exploded out of the ground, when it cleared it. It was gone. The ones that gone unconscious where now back on their feet. They couldn't see him at all. But then they heard something coming from a rock.

Ceasar lunged at them all. His claws cut deep into their skin, sound of bones cracking echoed through the building. Screams were heard, blood smeared on the ground. The monarchs tried to fight, but they lost miserably. Class 1A finally realized the true power of the King, when the king turned against them. They finally see why Ryujin made him king. His ferocity is unmatched, even Ryujin can't match it. Ceasar threw them around like ragdolls. His roar at such a frequency it can paralyze someone to the bone. It only took 30 seconds to stand triumph.
Ceasar sat on the hill watching over as he watched the others being carried off in Ambulances.
