Ryujin Serizawa is finally unbound by the law and now has to take another step to be the hero his people need. But this is where the greatest threat of all reveals itself. Will Ryujin prevail, or will he fall just like his bloodline before him.
Ryujin got a letter from Ceasar telling him to meet him at a specific location. Ryujin thought he was in trouble and rushed over as fast as he could only to see a building with a sign saying 'Caesar's Self Defense and Titan Training Grounds.' Outside the building was Ceasar waving at Ryujin.
Ceasar: "Ryujin, welcome to my Dojo."
Ryujin: "You said it was urgent I thought someone tried to assassinate you, captured you, or worse... killed you!"
Ceasar: "It takes more than a gun or a group to kill me or capture me. You should know that."
Ryujin: "Well don't give me such a panic. I may be the symbol of fear but I still feel fear."
Caesar: "Yes yes. But I want to show you."
Ceasar opened the door for Ryujin to enter. Once Ryujin entered he saw kaijus young and old with quirkless both young and old.
Ryujin: "Why are the humans here? It is risky to put a kaiju and a human in the same room."
Ceasar: "Oh you worry to much. See I'm trying to unite Kaijus and humans to live together in harmony. We should forgive and learn from each other, rely on each other instead of hunting and killing each other."
Ryujin: "But they're humans, they can't be trusted."
Ceasar: "Yet you gave yourself up to make sure the League of Villains doesn't hurt your classmates. Yet you knew you could kill them all in an instant."
Ryujin: "They are still human, they fear what they can't control or don't understand. They fear being apart of the food chain, they isolate themselves from mother nature, they pollute and destroy everything they touch. They don't know our ways."
Ceasar: "Then tell me... Ryujin... what are our ways?"
Ryujin couldn't answer the question.
Ceasar: "Anyways... Gigan made you an actual suit... or should I say armor."
Ryujin: "Armor?"
At the Provisional License Ryujin was no where to be seen. Shindo was introducing himself to UA.
Shindo: "Hey, I'm Shindo! Seems like U.A.'s had a lotta trouble this year. You're all still aiming to become pro heroes, despite those hardships. It's wonderful! Hearts full of fortitude. I believe that's what every hero in the world needs to have. And Godzilla... where is Godzilla?"
Kazuryu: "Ryujin is not here yet... sorry to disappoint." Footsteps are soon heard behind Kazuryu.
Ryujin: "Don't say sorry for it was my own choice." They all turned to him to see him wearing the armor given to him.

Shindo: "Godzilla. It must've been hard for you, what with that whole kidnapping incident."
Ryujin: "It was much more of a surrender. But sure."
