This ending is... foreshadowing, and that's a good thing. Imagine Kishimoto ending the manga right after Naruto leaves to train with Jiraiya... just no.
My favorite part of this ending... really, everyone's favorite part, is when they foreshadow Naruto's appearance in Naruto Shippuden. It made me and everyone else smile and eager to watch the second series.
It was a very good sneak peek for us. Like, this ending really said "Every ending is a beginning."
This video made me smile too. The part where older Naruto said "Did I used to really be like that?"... it just made me smile. People develop, and for Naruto, he developed a lot since then.
That part where older Naruto said "That's a surprise for the next part" was the best answer to hear from someone who's developed. It just is.
Here's another video with Sakura meeting her older self. Nothing much to say, other than it being just like the previous video with Naruto.
Overall ranking... 10/10, because it leads straight to Shippuden.
