Eight: Friday Night Bites

Jenna's smirk gets bigger. "I'm your guardian, so yes I can. I suggest you start packing." When Elena didn't say anything, Jenna continued. "If you don't pack your bags, I'll pack them for you. And I'll make sure to donate whatever I don't pack."

Elena glared at her aunt before going to her room.

"How dare she! I bet this is all because of Phaedra!" Elena thought as she started packing.

Next Morning

Elena got dressed and came downstairs. Just as she was about to grab coffee, a hand grabbed her.

She turned around to see her Aunt Jenna staring her down.

Jenna crossed her arms. "What do you think you're doing?" She asked her niece, who rolled her eyes at her as if she was the stupid one.

"I'm getting ready for school, what else would I be doing?" Elena said with a huff.

Jenna shook her head. "You aren't going to school. You're staying here where I can watch you. Then your Uncle John will be coming and taking you away."

Elena looked at her, shock and anger visible on her face. "What?! You can't do that!" Elena shrieked.

"Yes, I can. As I said last night, I am your guardian." Jenna reminded.

Elena shook her head. "I need to go to school. I NEED to talk to Bonnie! I need to, she needs me!" She insisted.

Jenna raised an eyebrow. "Why can't you text her? Besides, from what Phaedra has told me, Bonnie is better off without you."

Elena glared before storming back up to her room.

Hospital

Damon grumbled when he walked into Vicki's hospital room and saw that the doctors somehow managed to save her.

"Although, this means I get to mess with her more." Damon thought before smirking as he walked closer to the girl.

Soon Vicki was screaming in her sleep, having nightmares of her body being mauled. And of her family and druggie friends being torn to pieces.

Damon chuckled as he heard Vicki's screams on his way out.

Hallway

Bonnie rolled her eyes when she saw Elena's text.

Elena: I'M SORRY
Elena: PLEASE STOP IGNORING ME
Elena: : (

Bonnie scoffed before replying.

Bonnie: R U REALLY?

Elena: YES. I AM.

Bonnie snorted before she responded.

Bonnie: PROVE IT.

Elena: I CAN'T

Bonnie rose her eyebrow.

Bonnie: Y?

Elena: AUNT JENNA IS SENDING ME AWAY.

Bonnie: AND?

Elena: IT'S PHAEDRA'S FAULT.

When Bonnie didn't responded, Elena continued.

Elena: CAN U TALK TO HER?

Bonnie frowned.

Bonnie: SO THE ONLY REASON U TEXTED AND APOLOGIZED
Bonnie: WAS SO U COULD CONVINCE ME
Bonnie: IN TAKING PART OF UR PLAN TO STAY.
