"Hey, can we talk?" Tyler said after approaching Jeremy.

He had been watching him for a few minutes, trying to get the nerve to go up to him. Now that he had, he regrets it but he can't back out. He needed to do this.

Jeremy eyed Tyler. "Here to make more accusations? Maybe give out some insults?"

Tyler winced. That was fair.
He shook his head in response. "No.. I wanna talk about what happened." He said, hesitantly.

Jeremy looked at Tyler confused before his eyes widened and he stood up straighter. "... You know?" He questioned, his voice small.

Tyler nodded.

"We can't talk here." Jeremy said, feeling uncomfortable as he started eyeing everyone.

"Would it make you more comfortable if we left the school?" Tyler asked and Jeremy nodded.

Currently...

Jeremy shifted nervously as he sat in Tyler's car. The older boy wouldn't tell him where they were going.

He must have zoned out because all of a sudden they were parked in front of some house. The exterior looked old and as if it would fall apart. The withered trees surrounding it, definitely didn't help the image.

"Come on." Tyler said before got out of the car.

But Jeremy didn't move. "What is this place?" He asked as he eyed the house in front of him.

When Tyler didn't answer, Jeremy raised an eyebrow and refused to get out of the car. "What is this place?" He asked again.

Tyler scoffed. "I'm not taking you here to kill you, calm down. It's a super old Lockwood property. I found it a few summers back and fixed the inside up." He said before he hesitated a bit.

"What?" Jeremy asked with furrowed brows when he saw the hesitation.

"I like to come here if I get too stressed or my parents get too much. No one knows about this place. I figured it was the perfect place to talk." Tyler said with a shrug. It was clear that he was attempting to be casual.

"His parents?" Jeremy internally wondered before shaking it off and getting out of the car.

Inside

Tyler eyes Jeremy, who was currently looking at the paintings on the wall.

"How should I start this?" Tyler thought.

Lucky for him, he didn't have to.

"How did you know?" Jeremy asked.

"Matt, he uh– he mentioned it when Vicki was in the hospital the first time." Tyler said, before wondering if he should tell Jeremy that both Caroline and Phaedra told him (and the others) the whole story.

"Why did you want to talk?" Jeremy asked, when the silence had started to get awkward.

"I'm sorry." Tyler blurted out to both his and Jeremy's surprise.

"No going back now." Tyler thought before he began to talk more. "I'm sorry. For not noticing how Vicki was acting towards you, I should have noticed. And I'm sorry for blaming you, saying that the two of you were hooking up—"

Jeremy interrupted him. "Were you a bit of an ass when you found out that Vicki was around me? Yeah but you clearly regret it and you know now what actually happened."
