Title: Cosmic Dragon Commander
Background: Raymond was part of a NATO Recon Team sent to investigate the wrongdoings of Union. However, Union knew of this as they sent Team STRQ and a few devils. They dealt with the devils, but Team STRQ was killing the entire team. In desperation, he activated his hidden power as he puts the entire team to the ICU. He reports this to NATO HQ as they prepare for war. He gives some of his blood and scales as a contribution for NATO R&D.

Superior Dragon Physiology: Raymond can transform into a superpowered dragon, a rare breed of dragons with an innate connection to supernatural powers.
Cosmic Manipulation: Raymond can create, shape, absorb and manipulate cosmic forces and energies to produce nearly any effect they desire, including the manipulation of matter and energy across space and time, the manipulation of the space-time continuum, altering the fabric of reality, the creation of force fields, the creation of inter-dimensional portals and vortexes, psionics, energy projection, and cosmic awareness.
Darkness Manipulation: Raymond can create, shape and manipulate darkness and shadows. Darkness is mostly used to cloud everything into total darkness, but can also be channeled to a variety of effects, both as an absence of light and a solid substance: he can also control and manipulate the beings that exist there, create and dispel shields and areas of total darkness, create constructs such as equipment or entities, teleport himself through massive distances via shadows, etc.
Technology Manipulation: Raymond possesses complete control over all technology and devices and can create and manipulate technology, the sum of techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives.
Gun Magic: Raymond is able use a form of magic that allows them to cast magical spells dealing with guns and similar forms of firearms (i.e., pistols, rifles, machine guns, sniper rifles). This can range from the guns themselves, Raymond himself, or the ammunition utilized.
Absolute Swordsmanship: Raymond has reached the pinnacle of swordsmanship, possessing proficiency, capabilities and knowledge in swords at a maximum and limitless level.
