Backstory: This Shinomura Kagerou is the Kagerou who appeared to help Kagerou (Valvarad) at events in Kamen Rider Yokaiser VS Union Academy. Kagerou in this timeline is a Fangire Emperor. He himself always wants peace between species, from humans, angels, demons, even dragons. However, because of the Union's appearance and suppression of many other races, Kagerou's dream of an equal world was shattered. The Union even planned to enslave the Fangire. For that reason, Kagerou gathered key members of the royal council, also known as the Checkmate Four, to launch an attack against the Union.

Personality: Although the Fangire are famous for being a brutal and warlike race, Kagerou is a wise emperor who loves his people and hopes for a day when the world will be at peace. But Kagerou also shows brutality in necessary situations.
