Next morning September 16th
Kimary
I woke up to something wet on my arm opening my eyes seeing Tiana drooling on my arm. I pushed her head so quick making her fall off my bed.
"Ouch" she groaned.
"Girl you was drooling on my arm, the hell is wrong with you?"
"My fault, I'm so embarrassed I ain't never did that before."
"You good I guess, don't let that shit happen again."
"But look on the bright side, this means our friendship is blooming."
I just looked at Tiana and laughed. We stood in front of my mirror realizing how crazy the both of us look, my braids were frizzy , eyes swollen. Tianna hair was looking like an Afro , drool marks on her face. Let's say this wasn't our best look.
Hearing a knock on my door I went to open it. I damn near froze in my tracks.
It was Tyrone, Jordan, Kadence and Mari standing at the door. I shut that damn door so fast. The hell was they doing?
"What do y'all want?"
"Well sleeping beauty ain't no reason to shut the door in our face, we already seen you." I could hear Jordan say.
"We going to Waffle House, so if you wanna come I advise you to let's go." Tyrone said.
"Tiana I gotta bring you home for your clothes so if you trynna go hurry up." Kadence spoke.
And I heard the feet walk away.
"I can't believe I looked like that in front of him." I let out.
"Girl calm your ass, I bet he love seeing you in your natural habitat." I turned so quick and hit Tiana with the closet object next to me, which she got lucky turned out to be my pillow.
"But let me go, so we can get to breakfast, thanks for letting me borrow these pajamas, where you want to put them?"
"You can put in that basket."
As she was putting the clothes away, I went to prepare to shower.
"Okay imma see you soon." She said and walked out the room.
Kadence (Same Day, at Waffle House)
I was sitting at a table with Mari, T, and Jordan, while Tiana, Kimary, and they little sister sat at another table.
"So Kadence how come I ain't never seen you round?" Ty questioned.
"I only recently started selling, I've heard bout you and yo brother, few things about ya pops through Mari, but I stick to my usual drops."
"How old you is?"
"Same age as Mari."
"You in school? What you got going on."
"Yeah I'm community college just over the bridge, business major, I'm trying to get my shop in order."
"That's what's up." Ty shortly commented.
"Now I ain't too right in the head people tell, but yesterday I saw you looking at my sister." Jordan said.
Now I know they don't play about the sister. So I can only imagine the lecture they bout to give me. But then again ion play about mine.
"Yeah better keep them eyes elsewhere, I'll tell you that." Ty said. I seen Mari in corner just laughing.
"What so funny, that's gotta you laughing like that dumbass?" I said.
"Nothing man nothing." He laughed some more. Now I knew they was gonna be protective over they sister, but when I want something, I get it. And I wanted Kimary.
We continued eating our food, payed our bill and we all headed outside the restaurant. T and Jordan was talking to mari. I went over to where Tiana and Kimary was. I called her name and she looked at me.
"I'm trying to talk to you, so what's up?"
"Ion want to hear y'all flirt, I'm going in the car with I'shana." My sister said.
I could tell Kimary was nervous but she stood her ground. As I came came closer she smelled like coco butter, and vanilla.
"You talking ain't you?"
"You being smart?" I said with a smirk.
"I mean I ain't it make this far if I wasn't" she laughed.
I noticed the smallest dimple on her chin.
"Let me get your number, we can continue this conversation later." We exchanged our numbers. I knocked on the window of the car Tiana was in and told her we leaving. Just in time Mari and em came over. I could tell the look Jordan was giving , but I ain't tripping too much. We dapped each other up and headed our separate ways.
