This last month has been one of the hardest things I've ever experienced in my life.
From seeing my own momma die in front of my eyes seeing my best friend, and little sister in a hospital bed. I was stuck in an arm cast for the longest but got it removed not too long ago.
My pops has been very sick this past month. I know he trying his hardest but it's like he not the same person as he once was. No more corny jokes, his fast replies, nothing.
But every step of the way my brothers, family members, Mari and Kadence have been there.
I had to learn Tiana was in coma, but luckily my girl is a fighter, she woke up exactly 2 weeks ago, and that journey itself has been hard, she had to re-learn some basics skills, but she a trooper.
Few breakdowns along the way for all of us but we never let it stop us.
Kadence and Tiana have been staying with us for the last couple weeks just for the company.
I'shana has this huge scar on her face, we had to build her confidence back up so much. It hurts cause she only 12, her bruises required cream , and Jordan has been taking care of that for her.
Tyrone has basically been living here as well, helping pops with his showers and daily activities.
From the constant therapy sessions I had to take, to semi trying to stay in line with school was an understatement. Tiana, I'shana, and I haven't been in school since the accident. We been currently doing all work online. And we've been keeping up with our grades quite good.
This weekend was momma funeral and none of us was truly prepared.
It was only gonna be close family members and we were gonna go to momma hometown and her favorite spot to send her ashes to be free.
It was about a 5 hour drive.
Currently we were all in the living room just hanging out with one another. Kadence was next to me with one of his arms wrapped around my shoulder. And holding my other hand. He was peppering kisses on my cheek making me laugh just a little.
"You guys make me sick." Tyrone said getting up and going to the kitchen.
Tyrone and Jordan have definitely learned and gotten used to Kadence and I in a way.
Tiana was actually sitting next to Mari, with her feet in his lap, falling asleep. I'shana had her head in Jordan lap and she peacefully took her nap.
"You know I think we all could get a crib together real talk, we never in our own fucking house anyways." Mari spoke.
"In all seriousness that wouldn't be a bad idea." Jordan said to my surprise.
"But I'm also in my own house right now." He continued on.
"Nigga you in yo parents house, not your own." Mari clapped back.
"suck dick Mari." Jordan responded.
"All of us in one house , you niggas will drive me crazy matter of a fact yall drive me crazy now." Tyrone said coming back from the kitchen.
"But I think it would be a great idea to be honest, all of us under one roof." I said.
"You just wanna be up underneath Kadence." Mari said.
"okay, and what's your point, but think bout it, yall all make money a good amount too." I continued on.
"But I wouldn't want to stay here, you know in this town, these streets, it's just a little too much." I said. I could feel myself starting to cry again. I tired my best to wipe my eyes.
I've been going through random outburst, and sometimes, when these happen I tend to want to be alone.
"excuse me." I said getting up from Kadence embrace and going up to my room before they could say something to me.
I swear not even five minutes into me being up in my room I'shana and Tiana came up into my room.
Wasn't they sleep? All I could do is let out a small laugh. They didn't say any words, and just gave me a hug. I really did love my girls.
I'shana looked up and patted my tears away. And I gave her a kiss on her cheek. And she laughed.
"I heard that last part, about that moving, and getting a crib together." Tiana said releasing from the hug.
"Moving?" I'shana spoke up.
"Let's not worry it yet, yall let's get through this weekend first you know what I mean, it's what momma would have wanted." I said.
We cuddled up on my bed just taking each other company, this is something we've been doing lately. We won't speak just sit and silence, maybe have a movie but it's the best.
A little while later we heard a knock on the door.
"Come in." I responded
"What do yall want for dinner ?" Mari said.
Now if there is one thing about us, we never lost our appetite.
"Well I'm craving bbq chicken." I said.
"And we can eat it will yellow rice and baked Mac." Tiana jumped in.
"And Mari, you can make your cheesy broccoli." I'shana said.
"And I want cabbage." Tiana said.
"Oh my god and we can bake brownies, and do ice cream." I continue speaking.
"just big as fuck I swear." Mari said exiting the room.
Those boys would do anything for us.
Even though life has been hard so far, I knew we was all gonna be okay even pops.
