Everybody has a weakness. For some it may be spiders or heights, enclosed spaces, perhaps death, open bodies of water, or the dark. Others might be being powerless, taken advantage of, or fear of abandonment. One valuable lesson people learn is to adapt to these fears, control the situation, and not take for granted the information it could give you. Nobody expects powerhouses like the Zoldycks to have fears or weaknesses, nor Hisoka Marrow or Chrollo Lucilfer. These names are easily recognizable amongst nen users and hunters alike, one name however, is not.

Hisoka plans to keep Salem Marrow away from the world. His one and only weakness alive. If anyone was to see her they would undeniably see the resemblance between the two. his blood. his family. Perhaps it wasn't to keep Salem away from the world, it was to keep the world away from Salem.
