The morning sunlight filtered through the curtains, casting a gentle glow into the hotel room where Y/N L/N had spent the night. He stirred awake, the events of the previous evening flooding his mind. Hailee had stayed over, and they had spent hours talking, laughing, and slowly rediscovering each other. It felt like they were picking up where they left off, only this time with a deeper understanding and a stronger connection.
Y/N turned his head slightly and saw Hailee still sleeping peacefully beside him. Her hair spread out on the pillow, framing her serene face. He couldn't help but smile at the sight of her, feeling a sense of contentment he hadn't experienced in a long time.
Careful not to disturb her, Y/N slipped out of bed and headed to the bathroom to freshen up. As he splashed water on his face, he couldn't shake off the feeling of gratitude for this moment. Hailee had given him another chance, and he was determined to make things right.
When he returned to the room, Hailee was awake, sitting up in bed with a soft smile on her face. "Morning," she greeted him warmly.
"Morning," Y/N replied, sitting down beside her. "Did you sleep okay?"
Hailee nodded. "Yeah, surprisingly well. It's probably the company," she teased lightly.
Y/N chuckled, feeling a weight lifted off his shoulders. They spent a few more moments together, sharing quiet conversation and stolen glances, before reality called them back.

As they sat down for breakfast, Michael, Y/N's father, glanced curiously at Hailee. She looked elegant even in casual attire, her hair tied back in a loose bun. Y/N took a deep breath, feeling the need to acknowledge her presence formally.
"Dad, this is Hailee," Y/N began, gesturing towards her with a warm smile. "Hailee, this is my dad."
Hailee extended her hand politely. "Nice to meet you, sir."
Y/N's father shook her hand warmly. "Oh please don't call me 'sir', Michael's fine. And likewise, Y/N has told me a lot about you."
Justin nodded in agreement. "Yeah, good to see you again, Hailee."
Hailee smiled gratefully, clearly appreciating the warm reception. "Thank you, it's nice to be here."
The breakfast conversation continued, a mix of light banter and serious talk about the day ahead. Y/N felt a surge of gratitude for the people around him, their support grounding him amidst the nerves.
"So, today's the big day," Michael remarked between bites of his breakfast. "You ready for this, boys?"
Y/N nodded, a mix of nerves and excitement churning inside him. "Yeah, I think so. I've been training hard for this, so I'm as prepared as I can be."
"You'll do great," Hailee reassured him, her hand resting briefly on his arm.
Y/N smiled gratefully at her. "Thanks, Hailee. Your support means a lot."

"You ready for this, man?" Justin asked, slapping
Y/N on the back as they warmed up.Y/N nodded, a nervous smile on his face. "As ready as I'll ever be. How about you?"
Justin grinned, adjusting his gloves. "Been waiting for this moment my whole life. Let's show 'em what we made of."
The first drill was the broad jump. Y/N focused on his form, exploding forward with a powerful leap that covered an impressive 10 feet, 6 inches. He landed smoothly, a testament to his explosive lower-body strength.
