Michael's POV

I wake up the next morning to Ashton yelling at Angela for waking him up, which in turn starts Luke and Calum yelling. I look at my phone and see it't six. I groan and role back over. I decided last night after hearing her talk about how horrible I'm going to be, that I'm going to be the biggest pain in the butt she has ever seen. I also decided I'm not getting on a horse. Period. Under no circumstances will I get on a horse. I sigh, this is going to be a long summer. After a few minutes of hearing Ashton yelling, I hear her start to come over to my door.

"Morning Michael, it's time to get up. We have a long day, and I made pancakes!" She states a little to happy as she starts to open the door. I throw one of my pillows at her, and due to my amazing timing and aim, it hits her straight in the face. She glares at me.

"You have five minutes to come downstairs to the kitchen dressed and ready to go." She says angrily leaving. I smirk and role over to go back to sleep. I have no intentions of getting up. And I almost do fall back asleep, but then Ashton comes into my room. I groan.

"You gotta get up Mickey, you have three minutes to be down there, ad trust me you do not want to be late. Cal got a bucket of water dumped on him, it was really funny." I smirk at that image.

"No, I am not getting up. It's way to early and I don't want to do any of the things she's gonna make us do." He sighs and runs his fingers through his hair.

"Look, dude, you need this. Heck, I think we all do, but we're here to help you. And she can do that. I know you don't think anything's wrong with you, but man something has to change. And even if you don't want to admit to that, remember, she has the power to cancel the fall tour. How we proceed with this band depends on what she says at the end of the summer. Think of that." With that, he leaves and I get up and quickly get dressed and run down stairs just as she was coming up them. She glares at me.

"What?" I ask. "It hasn't been five minutes." She rolls her eyes.

"Come on, breakfast is getting cold." She says and goes back to the kitchen where the boys, and Jake, are eating. All three of the boys look like zombies, and I'm sure I do too. I sit down next to Jake and as I start eating, she wastes no time and starts talking.

"So, we're gonna start today off by assigning your chores to you. After you're done with those, we'll start our first group riding lesson. And then lunch will come after that and then Jake will take three of you to go up to the creek to fish, and I'll take the other for our private session, then we'll switch. It'll basically be the same schedule every day, but your activity with Jake will be different each day. Then when we're done with that, it'll be evening chores and dinner, and then our group session." She pauses letting us take it in. "Any questions?" She asks and looks at each of us. Of course, Luke raises his hand.

"Um, what if like, um, one of us happens to be like.... Scared? Of horses I mean." He asks turning bright red and stuttering. She smiles gently at him.

"That's okay, it's actually really normal. If you haven't spent a lot of time around them they can be intimidating. They're really big animals. I'll help you learn a few ways to make them more of your friend then anything, does that sound good?" She answers gently, saying exactly what Luke needed to hear. He nods, looking relieved.

"Well, if that's it I'm gonna head out to the barn, Jake will bring you guys out when you're done. Don't take to long."
