I was walking in the house from going to the mall with the guys. We left right after Essynce sent me that last text.
We were out for a couple of hours before we decided it was time to head home. I made sure to get a pretzel before I left though, those shits buss.
The guys and I talked for a little before I went upstairs to change my clothes. I changed into some black sweats and a white tee.
I can't even lie, I'm lowkey tired. We were at the mall damn near all day, the mall is tiring as hell.
I couldn't necessarily take a nap though, I gotta stream in a little. If I take a nap, the stream is not gonna get done
I just decided to pick up my phone and scroll a little on Instagram. I clicked on the first story I saw, which so happens to be Essynce's story.

Just as I viewed her story, I got a FaceTime call. It was from Essynce.
Oh shit, Essynce is calling me.
I sat up, cleared my throat and accepted the call. "Hello?"
"Hey Duke! Is this a good time? I don't know if you're busy or anything. Damn, I should've texted first.. That was rude, I'm sorry." She rambled. Her cute ass.
She had her phone propped up on the counter, she was in the kitchen. She had on a black oversized shirt with what looked like grey biker shorts. I couldn't tell, her whole body wasn't in the frame. She had a bare face plus some lashes and lip gloss, and her braids were pulled up into a bun.
She looked beautiful.
I chuckled. "Ess it's okay, I'm not busy."
"Oh! Okay good. Sorry for the whole.. thing when I first answered." She sighed
"You're good, I promise." I reassured her. "What you doing though? You look busy yourself."
