It felt like someone pulled a needle out of Jaz when he heard his answer. His eyes for Jaz were like the sea, and he felt like drowning.

"W-what?" Jaz was vague by it. He tries to execute whatever his apprehension was, he has a boyfriend and now everything he felt with Liam by some means of other, He grasped it with Heeseung. This was so misleading for him.

Heeseung on the other hand didn't knew what to say next. The other day he was crying oon his lover's grave and now he's trying to make a stranger feel like he's trying to invade and ruin what he and his boyfriend has just because he looks like his past lover. Or is it because of other reasons..?

"I mean I had someone once but he's not here anymore" Hee tried not to sound like it wasn't intentional. Somewhere in him still believes that Jaz isn't just a stranger.

"Oh Hahaha" Jaz saw a chance to make it look like it was sarcasm and gave it a fake laugh to make it less awkward. But it ended with an awkward silence and without a thought he asked again.

"Where is he now?" Jaz tried his best to give him a question with a smile but when Hee looked at him, He sensed he pulled the wrong button.

"O-oh my, i'm so sorry i didn't mean to.." Jaz bowed at Hee nonstop, murmuring the only word he thinks of right now. Sorry.

"No offense taken Jaz" Hee gave him a smile he tries not to show. Jaz was familiar..Too familiar.

Jaz tries to analyze why he could read heeseung easily like a love letter that was waiting to be opened. Looking in his eyes again, I saw dust and loneliness. Maybe this is a sign for him to have him as a friend.

"Is it okay to ask about him?" Jaz tried to look at Hee's face, but Hee looked at him like he was saying he didn't need to try so hard to read him.

Hee smiled. Just the thought of Jake makes him feel known. Jaz looks at him and thought "He probably is someone who's glorious to love" He smiled.

"He was a breath of fresh air" He looked at Jaz. "He was so easy to love and understood. When i'm with him, it felt like the world didn't matter. It was like walking into the sun being with him, It was like walking into the sun for the first time after a terrible long winter" Jaz saw hearts in his eyes.

"But the world was against us" He looked away, his hands are fidgeting now while trying to compose himself.

"What happened?" Jaz asked. He was hesitant to undold their story but he felt like he needed to. "My parents and his were sinful. They were too drawn out by their reputations and wealth that they didn't treated us like their kid" Jaz nodded and nodded, just listening to him.

"They would beat the hell out of us just to follow their wants, but his were so much worse and I didn't knew about it until one day I saw him full of bruises in an alley" Jaz gasped, He felt his heart ripping.

"You saved him right?" Jaz asked again, Hee felt the guilt again, His eyes was too familiar to feel the guilt 5 years ago.

Jaz was left dumbfounded when Hee only replied with a laugh before standing up. "I think I need to go" He frowned and stood up as well. "I was getting interested lol but okay" He said. Heeseung stared at him, kinda like he was thinking of something.

Hee puts his coat on again before he stops in front of Jaz, Can Jaz just say his heart was pounding like crazy when the latter was inches away from him? Nope, He is so wrong for feeling this way.

"You got my number already. I'll continue it some other time" Hee said before flashing him a smile and left Jaz there on the spot.
