He had been dreading this day for a while now. He knew it was inevitable, they couldn't just continue as it was. He knew that they would have to say goodbye one day. There would be no more morning calls. There would only be a few more days where they could go to work together, a bit for promotional things but then after that, the drama would be over and their job would be as well. And they'd both go onto other projects, do other things, live their lives as this chapter came to a close. But that didn't mean it made it any less hard.
And yes he felt a little dramatic today cause it was her last day as Hong Hae In
As he heard the director say cut one last time for Hong Hae In, her last scene, her last line. The last time he would get to see her as the CEO of Queen's group. He had done this before, said goodbye to his costars, his romantic co-lead. He had done this so many times but this was different, he didn't want to say goodbye.
He thought of all the time they spent together, the wonderful year that he got to have, doing the job that he loved so much, getting to work with amazing actors and staff that made every day so wonderful. And of course, getting the chance to meet and fall in love with her.
His Ji Won, who was excitedly cheering as she ended her last scene, taking the flowers with the brightest smile while he looked at her from the sidelines with teary eyes. He bit his lower lip and smiled at her as she waved at him and gestured for him to join her.
Her eyes softened as she looked at him, mouthing are you okay?

"I didn't realize it but suddenly I became really gloomy." He said with watery eyes
"Why?" She asked worriedly suddenly reaching out to take his hand, and then paused when she realized the camera was still rolling. Her eyes softened as she inched forward to tap his finger with her's and gave him a reassuring smile.
And he just couldn't stop himself. He wrapped his arms around her tightly. He knew that this was crossing the line, he knew that this might be too much, but he didn't care. He really needed to hold his girlfriend right now. He really needed to just hold her and remind himself that while she was no longer his on screen wife, she was still his. "I love you." He whispered into her ear and she just shut her eyes tightly and nodded.
"Me too." She muttered against his coat, words meant just for him and no one else.
