003 Aftershock

Hiii before this chapter starts I just wanna say that I stopped reading the manga 2 years ago so this story may not be accurate from what happening in the manga also due to plot reasons in this book :)

After the war that happened between heroes and villains many years ago there was a period of peace. The LOV was destroyed and no villains as strong as them came to bother Japan again. The group of heroes protecting the country now were stronger than ever and any villain that came their way they could easily crush. Well that was how it was, until now.

You haven't been outside in days after what happened. You had people who visited you at your apartment such as Keerah, Dr. Shima, your friends and your family. They all tried to comfort you after the villain attack but you couldn't bring yourself to leave your home.

Luckily no people ended up dead, there were many injuries but no life threatening ones. You were glad for that and glad everyone ended up safe.

The building was under construction again and would be rebuilt in a little over a month is what Dr. Shima said to you. She also said that many workers and patients wouldn't be coming back to the hospital, scared for another situation like that.
It made you a little sad but you could understand.

The situation was all over the news and you found out that Dynamight the number 2 hero with help from Deku the number 1 hero, who came as fast as he could from another villain attack, ended up taking down the tentacle villain together.

You saw on the news that people cheered for them but you couldn't help but worry when you saw Dynamights eyebrows scrunched together as if he was angry and confused and Dekus worried face covered up by a smile.

Dynamight and Deku both can handle a villain themselves so why did it take both the number 1 and number 2 to take down that one? Your mind couldn't help but worry. How was that villain so strong?

The news had also made you famous as the nurse who saved many, including the boy's life for jumping out the building with him. Someone had even recorded you jumping out and Dynamight saving you which went popular online.

It's been days since that incident but you couldn't get the villains face out of your mind. You tried going outside but you felt as if it would appear again and end you off for good this time.

You knew it was locked away in Tartarus prison but you couldn't shake the feeling off.

You would have trouble sleeping too, you lived alone so the silence would haunt you at night and would often have to turn the fan on or play music to keep you from panicking before you slept.

You were laying on your sofa and your tummy soon started growling. You went to your fridge and realized it was basically empty. You knew you had to go to the grocery store soon and couldn't just order doordash again so you forced yourself to get ready and get out the house.

As you put your shoes on and stepped out the door you wanted to run back inside. Anxiety fled through your entire body. You'll be fine Y/n. You said to yourself in your mind.

You walked to your car and drove yourself to the grocery store. The streets were packed so you had to park a little farther away and walk the rest of the way there.

As you were walking and were about to entire the grocery store you saw a group of people hurdled around a hero across the street. It was Dynamight, he was probably on patrol before fans noticed him. You saw he was clearly annoyed but took pictures with his fans anyways which you found cute.

You stared for a little longer than you intended and Dynamight had caught you gawking at him. His red eyes staring into your e/c ones.

Both of your eyes lingered longer than you'd expected so you snapped out of the pretty hero eyes
trance and walked into the store.
