Namjoon is experiencing a mix of emotions, especially when it comes to his feelings for Jin. Love can indeed be a powerful force that can make someone feel a whole range of emotions, from happiness to fear and everything in between. The connection between two people can truly have a profound impact on one's mood and outlook on life. It's beautiful to see how love can brighten up someone's day and make them eagerly anticipate the next meeting. Love can be a rollercoaster of emotions, but it's those ups and downs that make it so special and meaningful and namjoon going to discover all new things in his life
The next day, Namjoon spent more time choosing his clothes and styling his hair. He looked at his wall clock to make sure he would see her at the perfect time. He walked out of his rented room and headed to her college. He stood across from the college, waiting for her.
When he sees her, he runs across the road and then walks casually along the side of the road, trying to act as if their meeting was just a coincidence. He walks towards her, and Jin smiles as she looks at him. He smiles back and says, "Wow, we meet again." Jin smiles and replies, "Of course we will when you wait for me here." Namjoon looks at her with wide eyes, surprised at how she knows. Jin notices his expression, laughs, and shakes her head, saying, "I see you standing there," pointing to where Namjoon is waiting for her, "and I also see you running towards me. Tell me, what do you want?" Namjoon, now embarrassed, realizes that his elaborate plan to make her fall in love is crumbling.
He looks deep into her eyes and says, "I love you." Jin looks at him with wide eyes; he knows he just messed up, and now she's going to slap him. He's prepared for that, closing his eyes, but then he doesn't feel anything. When he doesn't hear any voice, he opens his eyes to see Jin running inside the college. He looks bewildered, wondering what it means. It seems like the end of his love story as Jin didn't even glance at him. He sighs, watching her run inside, knowing it's the end of the story. He feels hurt; it's the first time he fell in love, and the story ends before it even begins. He curses himself, thinking if he just made excuses or didn't confess. Tears fill his eyes, and he slowly leaves from there. The day feels like years for him; he messed up in his love story and also in the office. His seniors notice his distress and sad behavior, so they don't say anything, and just like he finishes his day.
Of course not! Their love story doesn't end here. There might be more twists and turns ahead for them.
The moment Jin laid eyes on him, she was swept off her feet. The fluttering butterflies in her stomach, the way she noticed every detail of his being – from his gentle smile to his charming dimples and even his endearing stutter – it was as if time stood still. Her inability to speak to him, knowing Kook was there to pick him up, added a layer of unspoken longing to the encounter. As she sat in the car, stealing one last glance at him before Kook drove away, a whirlwind of emotions filled her heart.
The anticipation builds as she waits for him day after day. What started as one day turned into three, then a whole week.
The passage of time turned those initial days of waiting into months – one, then two, and finally three. Jin's eagerness to catch another glimpse of him, to bask in his charming smile, led her to stand there day after day for three long months. However, despite her unwavering dedication, she never caught sight of him again. This absence filled her heart with sadness, yet the love she harbored for him was too profound to simply forget. In her despair, she found solace in prayer, turning to God and holding onto the belief that if they were truly destined for each other, their paths would cross once more in this lifetime. The enduring power of love and faith in fate intertwined in her heart, guiding her through the uncertainty of their future encounters. The moment she laid eyes on him in front of her college, disbelief washed over Jin. It seemed like he was searching for something or someone, and the sight of him brought an uncontrollable smile to her face. The face she had longed to see for months was right there in front of her. The turmoil in her heart during those months seemed to melt away in that instant. Despite her fear that he might vanish like a dream if she touched him, she couldn't let this chance slip away. With a newfound confidence and the assurance that she could speak to him without stumbling over her words, she took a step towards him.
As she watched him walk away, Jin's steps quickened, and she halted him from behind. Meeting his gaze, she noticed a familiar look in his eyes, causing her own to widen slightly as a rush of different emotions flooded her being. With a composed exterior, she inquired, "What brings you here?" Observing his eyes scanning the surroundings and deep in his thoughts he said "nothing, just crossing the road ". she narrowed her gaze and remarked, "You're the one who disturbed me five months ago." Although she longed to ask where he had been all those months, she refrained for the moment. His eyes returned to normal, a smile gracing his lips as he responded, "You remember me?".
As she heard his next words, Jin's eyes widened in surprise; his observation had caught her off guard. Now, she needed to think quickly to deflect his remark. "I have a good memory," she replied, attempting to maintain her composure. His laughter caused her cheeks to redden with embarrassment, and when he responded, "Okay, I believe you," Jin felt a wave of self-consciousness wash over her, prompting her to avert her gaze to the floor. Despite her embarrassment, a hint of sassiness crept into her tone as she quipped, "You have to believe." Their shared laughter echoed in the air, breaking the tension and fostering a moment of lighthearted connection between them.
As Joon chuckled, he inquired, "What's your name?" Jin met his gaze upon hearing the question, feeling a rush of warmth spreading across her chest. Her inner sassiness prevented her from revealing her name too easily, so she retorted, "Why should I tell you?" Seeing him shrug nonchalantly and respond, "Because we are talking," Jin couldn't help but laugh; indeed, it was a good reason. The hint of sassiness faded as she admired his sense of humor and finally disclosed, "Good reason, my name is Jeon Seokjin." Joon extended his hand for a handshake, causing Jin to hesitate briefly before extending her hand to meet his. "My name is Kim Namjoon," he introduced himself with a smile.
