However, what Taehyung saw when she went downstairs left her shocked. She quickly rushed down and saw that her father was apologizing to Jungkook's father. She ran to Jungkook's side, who had a serious expression on his face. Jungkook looked at Tae, and then both of them looked at their fathers. Mr. Jeon stood up from his seat and hugged Mr. Kim. Seeing this, their wives were overjoyed and also hugged each other.

Tae was confused and didn't understand what was happening. She quietly asked Jungkook, "ye kya ho rha hai?" (What's going on?) Jungkook looked at Tae and smiled, saying, "Your dad apologized." Tae was shocked and asked, "Why?" Jungkook smiled again and said, "mujhe nhi pata tumhare Bhai ne kuch hoga unse , toh unko apni galti ka ahsas hua hai toh vo maafi mang rhe hai"
(I don't know what your brother said to him, but your dad said something to us that made him realize his mistake, and now he's asking for Jin's hand in marriage for Namjoon)."
Tae smiled and said, "This is great!" And just like that, Jin and Namjoon's relationship was finalized.

Tae quickly prepared tea and snacks in the kitchen so that Jin could take them outside. Tae then rushed to call Jin, who covered her head with her pallu and came downstairs with Tae. She greeted Mrs. Kim with a namaste and then greeted Mr. Kim, who was still looking upset. Without even glancing at Namjoon, who was pining for her, she walked past him and headed towards the kitchen.

Tae and Jin carefully arranged the tea and snacks on a plate and handed it to Jin, who took it outside and placed it on the table. Mrs. Kim called Jin over and said, "haaye kitni Sundar lag rhi ho" (You look beautiful.) Mrs. Kim opened her bag and took out a pair of bangles, which she put on Jin's hands, saying, "ye namjoon ki dadi ne namjoon ki biwi ke liye banwaya tha" (These belonged to Namjoon's grandmother. She gave them to me for her daughter-in-law.) Jin smiled and said, "Thank you."

Mrs. Kim looked at Tae and pulled out a box of homemade sweets from her bag. She then took out clothes and a gold chain for Tae and Jungkook's entire family, handing them over to Mrs. Jeon. "Ye humari taraf se hone wale bacche ke gift" (These are our gifts for the new child) she said. "The timing wasn't right earlier, or I would have given them to you as soon as I found out."

Mrs. Jeon smiled and took the gifts in her hands, saying, "Tae, these are gifts from your grandparents." Tae smiled and took all the gifts, placing them on the side table.

Mrs. Kim cleared her throat, and Mr. Kim looked at her and said, "And we want to take Tae with us. Raksha Bandhan is coming up, after all." Tae smiled and looked at Jungkook, who nodded at her. Mr. Jeon said, "Why not?"

Everyone then enjoyed the snacks made by Tae, and Mr. Jeon said, "I've called the pandit to fix a date for the engagement. Since Jin has exams in a few months, let's get them done first." Mr. Kim's face turned serious upon hearing this, but he didn't say anything. Namjoon spoke up, saying, "Yes, of course, exams are important." Everyone smiled at Namjoon's comment.

After a while, the pandit arrived, and the engagement date was fixed for next month. Tae's family had to stay over as it had gotten very late. Tae was overjoyed because her brother's love was finally being fulfilled. Her brother was getting such a wonderful girl, and the happiness on Jin's face was a sight to behold.

Tae and Jin prepared dinner for everyone, and they all ate happily. However, Mr. Kim didn't seem as pleased, which Tae noticed. After dinner, Jin and Tae cleaned up the table and kitchen, and then Jin took Tae to her room.

Tae and Jin sat together, and Jin asked, "What happened that your dad agreed?" Tae shrugged and replied, "I'm also wondering how he agreed."

Just then, they heard the sound of the door opening. Jin and Tae saw Jungkook entering with medicine in his hand. Tae smiled and thought about how Jungkook never forgets that I need to take my medicine; he always makes sure I've eaten.

Jungkook handed Tae her medicine, and Jin said, "mujhe vishvas nhi hota hai ki mera chota bhai itna samjhdar hai" (I still can't believe my little brother is so sensible.)
Jungkook laughed and said, mai humesha se samjhdar tha , tumhari tarah nhi jinke knees mai dimag hai" (I've always been sensible, not like some people who have their brains in their knees.) Jin retorted, "I'm a doctor." Jungkook teased, "Everyone knows that!"

Jin scoffed and said, "pata nhi mai tumse baat kyu karti hu" (I don't know why I even talked to you.) Jungkook retorted, "tum doctor hai khud socho" (You're a doctor, figure it out yourself.) Tae was laughing at their banter and said, "Will you two stop?" Jungkook smiled and said, "We'll stop if jin keep quiet." Jin made an angry face, and Jungkook asked, "What were you two discussing?"

Tae looked at Jungkook and said, "Nothing, just how Dad suddenly agreed to Jin and Namjoon's marriage." Jungkook nodded and said, "That's true." Tae looked at Jungkook and said, "can you call namjoon bhai here." Jungkook looked at Tae for a moment and said, "here in this room" Tae nodded and said, "We'll all sit and talk together." Jungkook looked away from Tae, and Jin seemed hesitant. Jungkook then said, "Let's go to our room and I will call him." Tae smiled and said, "Okay." Jin also smiled, and Jungkook went to call Namjoon while Tae and Jin went to Tae's room.
