Two Chapter

VERNON POV 🐢

Dahyun and I were getting ready to go skiing the next day.

The snow was falling outside, creating a magical scene that only increased my excitement.

A kind man provided us with ski clothes, but Dahyun seemed hesitant, her little legs shaking slightly.

"I can't believe it, look how I'm dressed!", she exclaimed, with a mix of frustration and humor. "I look like a polar bear!"

I held her cold hands and tried to reassure her. "But my love, this is just to protect you from getting hurt," I explained lovingly.

"But that outfit is horrible!" she protested, pouting. "And I need to do my hair."

Dahyun took out a mini mirror from her pocket, as if it had appeared out of nowhere.

I watched her as she straightened herself, fascinated by obsession with her appearance.

I couldn't help but laugh and sat on my ski, waiting patiently until she decided to join me.

As she meticulously prepared herself, I snorted softly. "But your hair will still be messy while we ski," I protested.

Dahyun ignored me, focused on creating the perfect image of herself.

Despite her vanity, I loved her unconditionally.

Her beauty went beyond her physical appearance, it was something that emanated from within, illuminating everything around her.

Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Dahyun sat down next to me on the ski.

A beaming smile lit up her face as she adjusted her gloves. "Ready for adventure?" she asked, her eyes shining with excitement.

I nodded, my heart overflowing with joy.

Fresh snow awaited us, and I knew that day would be unforgettable. 

We embrace the cold and slide down the mountain, leaving all our worries behind.

Our laughter echoed through the valley as we skied side by side, united by our passion for the snow and the love that united us.

Dahyun, with her vanity and singular beauty, was my perfect companion on that icy adventure.

Dahyun and I were speeding down the mountain, our skis gliding smoothly over the fresh snow.

Adrenaline coursed through my veins as we enjoyed the freedom and beauty of winter.

Suddenly, Dahyun lost control and fell, rolling through the soft snow.

I ran to her as fast as I could, my heart pounding with worry.

She was sitting in the snow, her face covered in white snow.

"Love are you OK?" I asked urgently, helping her to her feet.

Dahyun smiled despite the snow on her face. "Yeah, I'm fine," she said, wiping the snow from her eyes. "But I think I swallowed snow," she added, grimacing. "Blame that horrible outfit," she muttered, "I warned you."

I couldn't help but laugh. Dahyun was adorable even when she was embarrassed.

I hugged her tightly, warming her with my body.

"Don't worry, love," I said. "The snow soon melts. And you looked beautiful in that outfit, even if you looked like a polar bear."

Dahyun blushed and slapped my arm. "Stew!" she said, laughing.

We continued skiing, enjoying every moment together.

Snow fell around us, creating a magical, white world.

Dahyun and I, united by love and adventure, left traces of happiness in the fresh snow.

Night 🌉

Night fell over New York City, covered in a white blanket of snow. 

Dahyun slept soundly next to me, her black hair shining in the soft moonlight that came through the window.

She hugged me from behind, curled up in a snuggle.

Carefully, I took his little hand away from me and got up from the bed.

I approached the window and looked out at the sleeping city, covered in a veil of sparkling snow.

The city lights twinkled like stars, creating a magical and peaceful scene.

It had been a few months since Seventeen had been on vacation, and Twice's Dahyun was also enjoying some time off.

We were in New York, making the most of every moment together.

A smile formed on my lips as I watched her sleep.

Dahyun was the woman in my life, the person who made me feel complete.

I loved her more than words can express.

Suddenly, Dahyun stirred in her sleep. "Vernon...?", she murmured, opening her sleepy eyes. "Where are you? Don't leave me alone..."

I approached the bed and sat down next to her. "I'm here, my love," I said, cupping her face in my hands. "I just came to watch the snow fall."

Dahyun snuggled into my arms, a smile forming on her lips. "Thank you for being here with me," she whispered. "I love you lots."

"I love you too," I replied, kissing her forehead. "I'll never leave you alone."

I hugged her tightly, feeling the warmth of her body against mine.

At that moment, I knew I had found my home.

Dahyun and I, together, in the snow of New York, building a future full of love and happiness.

Dahyun snuggled closer to mes arms, his eyes still closed. "Don't leave without telling me," she murmured, her voice still drowsy. "I get scared," she confessed. "I don't know New York like you, who was born here and knows the streets."

I kissed her forehead affectionately. "I would never leave you without warning, my love," I promised. "I just wanted to watch the snow fall for a moment. But now I'm here with you, and I won't leave your side."

Dahyun smiled, opening her eyes and looking at me. "Thank you," she said, her voice soft and serene. "I feel safe when I'm with you."

I hugged her tightly, feeling the warmth of her body against mine. 

At that moment, I knew I would do everything to protect her and make her happy. 

Dahyun was the woman in my life, the person who completed me.

"I love you so much, Dahyun," I whispered in her ear. "More than you imagine."

Dahyun blushed and kissed me on the cheek. "I love you so much too, Vernon," she said, her eyes shining with love.

We held each other for a long time, enjoying each other's company and the peacefulness of the night.

The snow was falling outside, creating a magical and cozy scene. 

At that moment, I felt grateful for everything I had: Dahyun by my side, the love that united us, and the beauty of life.

I knew that the future would be full of challenges, but also of joys and achievements.

With Dahyun by my side, I was ready to face anything. 

Together, we would build a life full of love, happiness and dreams come true.
