Three days have passed since the Ephedian team was captured. While Viserra's teammates were placed among the other prisoners, she was granted the 'honour' of having her own cell, as Sendak put it.

The separation from her team left Viserra feeling uneasy. She knew she held value to the Galra commander, unlike her teammates who were seen as mere additional prisoners. The thought of them being sent to fight in the Galra arena or worse, being killed, weighed heavily on her mind. The possibility of them being forced to fight in the arena was slim, as removing their collars would restore their abilities, giving them a chance to escape.

As for escaping herself, Viserra struggled to devise a plan. Her attempts to use her abilities proved futile, and she couldn't free herself from the collar since her hands were restrained to the ground. With limited options, she found herself pondering her next move while seated on the ground, gazing up at the ceiling.

The tension rises as the cell door opens, revealing two Galra soldiers.

"Get up, Princess. Commander Sendak wants to speak to you" one of them said not even waiting for her to get up before grabbing her by the shoulders. She rolled her eyes at their antics, bitting back a comment, the Galra soldiers got cocky after realising she couldn't hurt them and after the first day they started being bolder. After exiting the cell and hearing another comment from the guard, Viserra decided she would rather be electrocuted than let these fouls make fun of her.

"Your commander realized he was a coward when he sought help to defeat me? My people would find this story amusing, a mighty Galra commander afraid of a teenage girl!" she said, turning to the soldier on her right with a smile. The soldier's reaction was clear as he pushed her forward, causing Viserra to hit her head roughly on the control room door.

"Oops, sorry, Princess," apologized the Galra she smiled at, while the other soldier opened the door she hit her head on, laughing. Viserra groaned as they pushed her once more into the room. If her hands weren't bound behind her back, she would have touched her nose as she felt blood trickling down her lips. Surveying the room, she noticed a few sentries and about five Galra working on the controls, all under Sendak's watchful eye. Without her powers and her hands bound, she estimated she could take down about two sentries before being defeated if she fought back.

"Commander," the soldier who opened the door announced their presence to Sendak. Viserra observed as Sendak turned to them, a smirk on his face, then opened his arms as if they were old friends reuniting after a long time.

"Princess Viserra! How do you find your stay here so far? I hope you're enjoying it, and I apologize for not seeing you earlier," Sendak remarked. Viserra scoffed at his words, eager to conclude the encounter quickly. She knew that after a year of being outwitted by her and her team, he would likely resort to pettiness.

"Oh, please. What did your emperor say about your achievement? Has he congratulated you yet?" Viserra could barely contain her amusement at the expression on Sendak's face, but it was short-lived as he quickly regained his smirk.

"I wanted to announce it personally that your grandmother, Queen Aelora, has been informed of your current situation." Viserra knew that if her grandmother found out she had been captured, another team, if not the Queen herself, would come to her rescue.  She didn't want that; she believed she could handle herself and didn't need her grandmother's intervention. Aelora would likely restrict her freedom if she had to rescue Viserra. Two years ago, Viserra had to persuade her grandmother to allow her to join the army, following in the queen's footsteps.

Sendak's tone was mocking, indicating his enjoyment of the situation. "Cheer up, by tomorrow your planet would be part of the Empire."

The tension in the room escalated as the robotic voice announced, "Emperor Zarkon requests an audience." Viserra's quick wit resort was momentarily halted by the entrance of the Emperor's face on the large screen, commanding respect from Sendak and the Galra soldiers who bowed in reverence. Despite Viserra's protests, the guards compelled her to kneel alongside them, under the Emperor's watchful gaze.

The Emperor's stoic expression revealed little emotion as he addressed the galra
"Commander Sendak, the Princess of Altea is alive and hiding on your sector. We believe she alone holds the whereabouts of the remaining lions. You're battle fleet is the closest to her location.Retrive her and the lions. With them all, the galra empire will be unstoppable "
The mention of Altea and the existence of survivors, along with the lions of Voltron, piqued Viserra's curiosity. The story of Altea's destruction and the supposed extinction of its inhabitants had been ingrained in the universe's history. The revelation that survivors might hold the key to Voltron's existence sparked a glimmer of hope within Viserra, hinting at a possibility to challenge the Galra empire's dominance.

"I fight for the empire. I conquer in the name of galra. No foe has ever stood in my way and none ever will. Once I'll retrieve the princess and the remaining lions, I will bring them and the Ephedian princess to you.Vrepit sa!" Sendak's declaration echoed through the room, emphasizing his unwavering determination. The promise to retrieve the princess and the remaining lions added a layer of suspense to the unfolding events, hinting at the empire's ambitions and the impending clash of powers. "Set a course for Arus. And take the princess back, she's not needed anymore"

Viserra's sudden removal from the room, as commanded by Sendak, left her in a state of shock as the guards escorted her back to her cell. Ignoring their taunts, her gaze fixated on the hangar they traversed, where her ship stood out in a striking contrast of white and gold against the dark Galra cruiser, serving as a poignant reminder of her team.

Her attention was soon captivated by the force field shielding a majestic red lion from the clutches of its adversaries.
