I love the idea of Crocomom. This is just an idea I shared on tumblr.
Gods don't have a gender or can change it, so that's not a problem for Crocodile.
Crocodile as a fallen god and Dragon as a Quetzalcoatl give rise to the birth of Luffy, a red dragon in which divine blood sleeps. Thanks to this, he can then unlock his own divinity and become the Celestial Dragon Nika for a while.
Luffy would be born before Crocodile falls from the heavens. It would be more interesting if Luffy was born as an egg, which Crocodile then gave to Dragon, who then gave it to Garp.
