Sorry for not a lot of updates. I've been having a bit of a writers block.

Still, I'm bringing this story for now. A far overdue part of Shadow's creative exchange. Thank you very very very very much for another beautiful drawing bakachwaan!!

This was my very first time writing female Ace. So I hope you like it!

He really needed a break from all those uncivilized apes and thus after using one of said apes with a bread hair-do to carry his shopping, Izou decided to take a walk in the forest. Even if he loved the sea and sailing, having solid unmoving ground under your feet was nice too. And at that, this forest wasn't one of those muddy ones that would dirty his clothes, but instead was peaceful and had a more solid stony ground instead of loose sand.

So he took his time to stroll around the island, gathering just a few flowers on the way that he found beautiful. However, when he saw sight of something, he almost dropped them if it wasn't for his reflexes.

Poking just between the trees in the distance, he saw someone, a woman dancing in a simple but pretty yellow dress. He heard, more then saw, water splash, meaning that she was moving around in water. The dress swaying as if it had its own life.

The sight was beautiful and he couldn't help but approach the tree line to get a closer look. A pond becoming visible that had been hidden by the trees before. A small clearing around it.

In awe by the elegant moves, Izou took a step into the clearing and while he knew he didn't make a sound, the girl noticed

In awe by the elegant moves, Izou took a step into the clearing and while he knew he didn't make a sound, the girl noticed. Head swiveling in his direction before running off.

"Wait! I mean no... harm..." he trailed of as the yellow sunshine dress disappeared in the forest at the other side. Making chase wouldn't do anything as he didn't know the way around here. A inhabitant would on the other hand know the forest far better.

He sighed as he hadn't meant to scare the girl, but it happened, nothing to do about it. So instead he took a little break in the clear area, looking over the small pond. The water already back to being clear withing minutes as the sand that had been rustled by the movement settled down on the bottom. He saw no fish inside, but did see small little frogs on the lily pads at the edges of the pond. Starting to croak now it was peaceful again.

He watched them jump and swim around a bit before he deemed it time to go back to ship to re-join the apes. Said apes being his brothers with far less style.

"Where have you been-yoi?"

"I can't enjoy my day on shore?"

"You can." Marco eyed the other who was arranging some flowers the other had brought on the commander's table, "But you're usually not away for this long."

"I took a walk in the forest."
