"Beta galti Aapki thi na." Azlan Saïd trying to make her understand.
"Aap mujhse pyaar nahi karte, bas Mujhe daante Hain." She said sadly.
"Aesa nahi hai bacha." He said pulling her on his lap.
"Aesa hi hai bhaiya." She replied looking down.
"Azu baby just because main aapko daanta hun doesn't mean I don't love you, I want to see you respectful and kind to others. I don't want my child to become a brat." He explained and she nodded in understanding. Her heart warmed just the way he calls her his child.
"Bhaiya Mujhe woh school Bilkul nahi pasand, wahan pe teachers gandi hai. They are soo mean. Mujhe nahi jaana please." She said.
"Kyu bacha kisi ne kuch kaha kya?" He asked concerned.
"No bhaiya, but they burden us with lot of work. Kyu hi likhna Itna jab sab available hai Internet pe toh." She replied making him shake his head.
"Bacha its wrong padhna toh padega na." He said.
"Chalo batao kya puchna tha Aapko?" He asked.
"Hum akele Kyu rehte hai, Dadu saath Kyu nahi?" She asked.
"Kyunki baba yahan rehte the." He replied.
"Hamare Kitne cousins hai?" She asked.
"Uzair Aur Ayra twins hai Bade papa ke bache, fir Chachu ke Hain Zamir who is 22 years, Zaarin 20 years and Zohan who is 17 years old, mamu ka ek beta hai irfan he's the same age as Zaviyan." He replied.
"Woah that's a lot of people." She said as her eyes widened.
"Aapko sabse achhe se rehna hai Azaina. Sabki respect krni hai, sab aapse bade hai. But sabki respect krni chahiye chhote ho ya bade." He lectured.
"Bhaiya aap toh bas lecture dete Hain." She said while rolling her eyes.
"Azaina..." he warned glaring at her.
"Sorry bhaiya gussa nahi, pakka promise sabki respect krungi." She said quickly keeping her small hands on his eyes.
"Achha bas chalo dinner karo Aur soone jao." He said while slowly removing her hands.
"Bhaiya thodi der tv dekh lun please?" She asked using her best puppy eyes and he nodded.
The next day came sooner than Azaina would want. She was very nervous whether her family would like her or not. She got ready for school but however she had to wear her sports uniform today as she was attending the morning sports too. Yesterday was just a privilege for her.
"Yar bhai subah subah kon khelta h sports." She said grumpily.
"Kyu?" Aahil asked confused.
"Kiske paas itni energy hoti h ki subah subah neend se Uthke sports khelen." She said annoyed.
"Kyu subah subah haath paer kaam krna band kr dete hai kya." Azlan Saïd.
"Subah subah khelna chahiye, fresh air leni chahiye Aur yeh hi schedule hai iski aadat daal lein aap ab." Aahil Saïd ruffling her hair.
"Ugh." She said kept her head down.
"Sir Uthao Azu gandi baat." Aahil said and she looked at him.
"Table manners baby." He said kissing her temple.
"I am done, main bag leke aati hun." She said getting up.
"Azu dhoodh toh finish karo." Aahil said.
"Bhai aaj nahi." She said.
