29. Stalling

"Ahaan bhai ki keys laa do please." He pleaded her.

"Main kaise laongi." She screamed.

"Dheere bolo. Woh bhai ki jacket mein hai bas nikal lena." He told her.

"Yar faswaenge Mujhe aap." She groaned.

"Nahi hoga na kuch please please." He pleaded.

"Achha jaa Rahi hun." She said leaving.

"Yeh pens kyu le Rahi ho?" He asked confused when she grabbed few pens while going.

"Bhai ko kya bahaana dungi, aapke room mein kyu thi." She replied in a duh tone

"Also I was never here." She told him and left while he stood there shaking his head.

"Bhaiii." Azaina said running towards Ahaan and hugging him.

"Kya karne gai thi?" Ahaan asked while raising his eyebrows.

"Main yeh lene gai thi." She showed him the pens she grabbed from Zaviyan's room.

"Achha chalo baitho, main karaata hun homework." He said pointing at the table where her books were scattered.

"Bhai pehle pasta khaongi main." She demanded.

"Achha meri maa baitho laa raha hun." He told her.

"No main bhi aapki help krungi." She said firmly and started roaming uselessly near him only. She slowly went towards his jacket and grabbed his keys.

"Azaina." He called and she panicked.

"Ji ji kahiye." She stammered.

"Kya kar Rahi ho, help toh Kara nahi rahi faltu ka tehel rahi ho bas isse achha hai baith jao udhar." He said to her and she sighed in relief.

"Main aati hun." She said and ran off.

"Azaina yahan aao." Ahaan shouted and she stopped dead in her tracks but before turning she slide the keys towards Zaviyan. He gave a thumbs up in return.

"Ji." She smiled sheepishly towards him.

"Baithke khao nahi toh books kholo foran." He told her sternly and she sat there pouting.

"Khaongi." She said and he slid the plate infront of her.

"Khaake homework karna hai." Ahaan said looking at her.

"Bhaiiiii." She said in her sweet dramatic voice.

"Azaina I am not cool when it comes to studies. Padhna hai aapne." He said firmly and she nodded. He looked more scarier than usual.

Azaina sat there and finished her food taking her sweet time. On the other hand Ahaan was running thin on patience looking at her like that wasting time when she started taking smaller sips of her chocolate shake.

"Azaina finish it quickly. Don't waste time." He said glaring at her.

"Bhai pee hi Rahi hun." She replied taking sips.

"I want you in the living room in 5 minutes with your books." He ordered her and left from there.

After finishing her shake she grumpily went towards the living room with her books and saw Ahaan reading his law book on the couch. As soon Ahaan saw Azaina he gestured her to sit near him.

"Finish your English homework in 10 minutes and take out your history book." Ahaan said when she settled next to him.

"Bhai history ka homework nahi hai." She said looking at him.

"Main quiz krunga aapko jitna bhi padhaaya hai class mein Abhi Tak." He replied.

"Bhai par..." she started. She knew she didn't studied in class and now she is doomed.
