Chapter 23 / Poolparty

~One month later~

I sat in my room, turning on the AC for the fifth time today. Something about this year's May was really off, the tempeture was beyond exhausting. I practically melted in my chair, working with this weather was pure torture.

I got one of the files from the pile and started reading through it. It was a list of the songs we'd perform at the first concert of the tour Bang PD nim arranged for us in about one mounth.

I read through all chereographies, though my brain kind of turned into a mushy object, so I could not remember a single one when I sat up straight again.

My make up was probably ruined by now, I was sweating to disgustigly much. I went to the bathroom to wash my face, the water indeed cooled me down.

I went back to my desk, trying to focus on the work stuff, but I failed miserably. Sighing, I got up and walked over to my window to open it. Looking outside, I found the maknae line playing in the pool.

I smiled to myself. They looked cute. Jimin must've noticed me up here since he waved towards me. "Seoyeon-ssi, come in too! The water is really warm!"

I smiled wider before yelling a response. "Sure! Give me a minute!"

I ran back inside and into my closet, looking through it. After some searching I found my swimsuit again and also grabbed a towel. I made my way back to the bathroom and changed my clothes before going outside.

The bright sun hit my face instantly, making me blind for a second. When they adjusted, I found them in the pool, fighting over a floaty. It was a huge unicorn and actually looked quite cute.

Jungkook just managed to get on that thing when Jimin pulled him down again, making himself comfortable on it before Taehyung and Jungkook flipped it over with combined strenght, laughing at their older hyung as he broke through the surface.

I put my stuff on a chair nearby, making myself comfortable on the towel I laid there. Just as I put on my sunglasses Hoseok ran past me and jumped into the water with a big splash. I giggled silently as the maknae line complained about it.

My brother came out too, though he wasn't dressed in swim wear and simply wore shorts and a hawaii shirt. Knowing him well I knew he just came outside to lay under an umbrella and doze off, which he indeed did after some minutes.

Namjin didn't come out however, they must be busy with work or something.

I continued to watch them play in the water, in the end the strong maknae indeed managed to take his place on the floaty. Jimin, Tae and Hobi got themselves a beach ball and started playing with that instead.

"Hey Noona! Come in too!" Jungkook yelled, and I softly shook my head. "I think I'll pass Kookie." He pouted at me, along with the rest of the boys. "Please Seoyeon, join us!" Taehyung shouted over to me, and since I had a weak heart for that guy I sighed and stood up, going over to them as they all cheered for me.

I slowly got into the water which was cold at first, though as I adjusted it was really nice actually. We all played for a bit until Jin and Joon eventually came into the backyard with some bottles. Curious, I sat on the edge of the pool, the other guys drawing closer as well.

When I took a better look at the bottles, I found them to be alcohol. Extremely strong alcohol.

"We got some whiskey for everyone!"

I swallowed hard as the boys cheered loudly. Jin hastily went back into the kitchen to get some glasses for everyone. While he was gone the other guys came out of the pool, drying themselves. I couldn't control myself and found me staring at Taehyung. The water dripped from his red hair as well as his well build chest and-

SEOYEON STOP!

I shook my head to get rid of my perverted mind as Jin finally returned, somehow managing to carry eight glasses at once.

Yoongi tiredly made his way over to is. "Drinks? Well I'm in for sure." He was the first one to chug down a whole glass of whiskey as the other ones drank it a bit slower.

I just stared at the glass I was given, not sure if I should drink. I had a beer once or twice in my life, but whiskey was something different for sure. And knowing I was a light drinker, I remained at that thought, putting the glass down on the table and sitting back down in my chair.

Hoseok eventually came over to me, his third glass of alcohol in his hand. "Don't you like a drink?" I shook my head. "I really don't like alcohol, plus I get drunk way too quickly." He nodded in understandment before he went back to the others.

Yoongi then dragged some more bottled drinks outside, I eyed them closely to find various juices, sodas and syrups in his hands. He put it down on the table before he loudly announced something.

"Who wants a cocktail?"

The guys made a half circle around my brother, watching him as he with much talent mixed different liquids together and served them. They seemed to enjoy it, so I curiously got closer. He eyed me with a smirk.

"Hey sissy, you want some too?" I imidiatly shook my head. "No thanks, I'll pass." The golden youngest looked at me with an adorable pout. "But Noona! Just one drink, please!"

I couldn't help but slightly smile at his aegyo. He was doing a pretty good job in my opinion. Seeing I got soft, the other members joined in and looked at me with the cutest pout faces and puppy eyes. I sighed deeply. "Well, I guess one can't be that bad, right?"

The all squirmed around, happy I eventually gave in, even though I really didn't want to drink. Yoongi looked at me and gummy smiled before taking various drinks to put together. "I'll make you a very light one, don't worry. I know you can't drink."

I got a bit embarrassed at his remark, even though it was the truth and only the truth. After a few moments of mixing and stirring and shaking and eventually serving Yoongi handed me a glass with a cocktail. It was yellow and red and orange, it kind of looked like the sunset behind us. The fairylights all around the backyard began to shine as I looked down into the beautiful coloured cocktail my brother made me.

He frowned at me. "Now drink it! It's really good. I call it 'Sunset Island'."

I looked at my brother and hasistily brought the glass to my lips. The strong bitter taste of alcohol hit me, but it must be because I am obviously a bad drinker. I smiled at him. "Tastes... good." I tried to hide my sarcasm, but because all of them were staring at me I did drink it to the last droplet. I kind of got used to the strong taste after some time and could even taste some different fruits, like grapefruit, mango and pineapple through it.

At the end, I don't know how many of those I chugged down that evening...

Yoongi's POV

I took a look at the bottle I had grabbed as I mixed Seoyeon's drink. It's supposed to be pineapple juice, but when I had spotted that at the other side of the table and looked closer, I realized I must have accidently put a bit too much vodka in this.

Oops...

I hope she won't get too drunk from it. I mean, hope's the last to die, right?

No shit, who am I kidding? This night is going to be a desaster!
