Taehyung beside me shivered. I put a hand over his large one in a comforting manner. His breathing slowly steadied again, though there were still small beads of sweat on his forehead.
"Hey, look at me."
He hasistily eyed me from my side, gripping onto my hand and swallowing hard before returning to stare at the seat in front of him with wide eyes.
I sighed. "Tae, please look at me." I put my hand out to carefully turn his face towards me. Hoseok on my other side giggled, but I swiftly kicked him against his leg to shut him up.
"Tae, nothing is going to happen here, okay? I know you are afraid of flying, but it really isn't bad! Besides, if you get too anxious you can still hold my hand, you know?"
A tiny smile played on his lips, his ears turning slightly red from the remark.
I kissed him on the very tip of his nose and held his hand tight in mine, reassuring him. His smile grew as he turned to the window, now breathing more normal again.
I smiled relieved and turned around to Hoseok. "And you" - I pointed at him - "never make fun of him again for being afraid. Otherwise I'll order a snake to your hotel room."
His eyes grew wide. For the rest of the short flight he was silent as a rock about Taehyung.
Taehyung clung to my hand for the next two hours, not even letting me sit up to go grab a snack. Right now I made myself comfortable to watch the videos of the chereographies again to not let loose on the steps.
I just plugged my earbuds in with one hand as Taehyung finally let go off me. Astonished I turned to look around the little detachment between the first-class seats we were in. For some stupid reason our manager did not manage to book a privat jet for us.
When I peeked around the corner I found a sleeping Taehyung there, snuggled up with his giant Tata plushie.
I put a hand in front of my mouth so I wouldn't start to chuckle at his cuteness. He was slightly drooling, my hearteu was about to burst at the sight.
I leaned back into my seat, satisfied knowing he had calmed down that much.
I went through a whole selection of chereographies, for example 'Run BTS', 'Blood Sweat & Tears' or 'Dope'. Changing those masterpieces felt wrong in the beginning, but over time I realised it was necessary.
I mumbled the few lines I got along, enjoying my part in 'Blood Sweat & Tears' and vibing like crazy. I wasn't even slightly insulted as Jimin came back from the toilet and passed by me, having a disturbed expression on his face. I just chuckled at it since he probably looked weirder making that face than me singing like a menace.
Eventually, the fast seat belt signs lit up again, signalizing we would land in a couple of minutes.
I plugged out the USB stick from the seat monitor, packing my things together.
I looked back around the corner, noticing Taehyung didn't wake up until now, his seat belt not attached. I carefully unbuckled my own and went over to him, fastining that thing around his waist. I didn't wake him up, the flight wasn't completily over, so I let him sleep those last five minutes.
Tripping, I got back into my seat as well, stuffing away my pillow.
Taehyung was still asleep when we landed, so I wasn't in need of comforting him. Though when we rolled over to the airport I slightly nudged him to get him out of dreamland. I pressed a light kiss to his forehead as we all stood up to leave.
I just put my backpack over my shoulder as Namjoon tapped me on my other one. "Hey Seoyi, have you seen my passport?"
I rolled my eyes. Watching Bon Voyage showed me that every flight something would get lost, his passport had his third turn today.
